D	Danae Thliverou Kokkali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, τρομερή ασυνέπεια, αγενές προσωπικό, καθυστέρηση στα αποτελέσματα, αφήνουν τους πελάτες άρρωστους να περιμένουν 1 ώρα στο κρύο για δειγματοληψία χωρίς να λειτουργεί κάποιο σύστημα προτεραιότητας στη σειρά αναμονής. Δε θα το συνέστηνα σε κανέναν! Το 3.5 στην αξιολόγηση δεν καταλαβαίνω πως προκύπτει. Unacceptable service, terrible inconsistency, rude staff, delay in results, leave sick customers waiting 1 hour in the cold for sampling without any priority system working in the queue. I would not recommend it to anyone! The 3.5 in the evaluation I do not understand how it turns out.

Είχαμε χθες ραντεβού στις 19:30 για υπέρηχο σε βρέφος, η ώρα περνούσε, το παιδί γκρινιαζε και η ώρα πήγε 20:15 και ακόμα δεν είχαμε εξυπηρετηθεί. Οι κοπέλες της γραμματείας μας έλεγαν με απάθεια ότι θα μπούμε για την εξέταση σε 5 λεπτά κάθε 5 λεπτά. Δηλαδή μας κορόιδευαν. Τους είπα αφού δεν είστε συνεπείς γιατί δεν μας ενημερώσατε τουλάχιστον να καθυστερήσουμε να έρθουμε, πρόκειται για βρέφος και δεν μπορεί να κάνει υπομονή σας εμάς. Περιμέναμε έξω όρθιοι με το μωρό στην αγκαλιά γιατί λόγω covid είναι επικίνδυνο να παραμένει στον χώρο χωρίς μάσκα. Τελικά κάναμε ακύρωση της συναλλαγής γιατί είχαμε πληρώσει και φύγαμε. Χαλάσαμε την μέρα μας και κλονιστηκαν τα νευρα μας χωρίς να εξυπηρετηθουμε. Μην απαντήσετε με φθηνές δικαιολογίες περί φόρτου εργασίας, ψευδείς και ανιποστατες αναφορές και λάθος στοιχεία ( το ραντεβού ήταν στο όνομα του παιδιού) κτλ όπως απαντάτε και στις υπόλοιπες αξιολογήσεις. Κάνεις δεν έχει λόγο να σας συκοφαντήσει αν κάνατε σωστά την δουλειά σας. Αντιεπαγγελματιες είστε χωρίς σεβασμό στον άνθρωπο. Unacceptable service, incredible waiting. Του κάναμε και covid test και γριπης. Απλά εξαιρετική It concerns the hemodiagnosis of new Heraklion: the girl who did the pcr on our 2.5 year old child (Mrs. Gogo) courtesy fast and effective. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Καταρτισμένοι κ αναλυτικοί οι ακτινοδιαγνώτες. Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη. I had a mammogram and a breast ultrasound. Appointments on time. Clean environment. Quint measures are observed. Advanced Technological system. Polite personnel. Radiodiagnostics are trained and detailed. I was very happy.
n	no stress on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το PCR κοστίζει 50ε και τα αποτελέσματα του έχουν ήδη καθυστερήσει 1 ώρα περισσότερο από τις 12 ώρες που μας υποσχέθηκαν (ήδη πολύ μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα σε σχέση με άλλα εργαστήρια). Μάλλον η καθυστέρηση υπάρχει για να κάνουν πιο δελεαστικό το PCR των 80ε, τα αποτελέσματα του οποίου δημοσιεύονται εντός 2 ωρών. Και τις 3 φορές που τους πήραμε τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσουμε για τα αποτελέσματα μας -αφού είχαν ήδη καθυστερήσει-, μπήκαμε σε αναμονή και μετά μας το έκλεισαν. ΠΡΟΤΙΜΗΣΤΕ ΤΟ ΙΑΣΩ Η ΟΠΟΙΟΔΗΠΟΤΕ ΑΛΛΟ ΔΙΑΓΝΩΣΤΙΚΟ ΚΕΝΤΡΟ, φθηνότερα και με καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση.
