M	M Castillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, rooms are not spacious nor small. Double glazing windows so the noise from street is minimal, friendly staff. The include the breakfast, it’s not bad but I would rather have a fresh pressed orange juice rather than a sweetened orange juice. The location is very handy.

The door to the room was so small you had to go through sideways.Floor creaked,bed creaked and the lady manager was totally unsympathetic and unhelpful at check in. Possibly OK for a single but definitely not a double. Misleading photos!!!! My suitcase I had to open beside my bed and remember not to step in it when I woke :( Breakfast was great. Nothing else!!!

You could ask for yogurt and fruit if you would like as well. Everything was delicious. The wifi was the worst part, however, since it very rarely seemed to work. At night it almost never worked. Great stay overall.

The hotel is very clean and pleasant and surrounded by stores and restaurants. It is also within walking distance from the many of the attractions. We will love to come and stay here again. K. The location of the hotel is amazing, it’s literally next to everything. Very polite and helpful personnel, and super clean hotel. I will definitely choose it again next time!
E	Eylon Carny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 people,one cofee was not served as ordered and instead we ordered orange juice.We didn't get a refund for the cofee we did not drank,and asked to pay the full price.this is a rude an unexpectable altitude, by all means.
S	Sol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable behaviour of staff and management..,served BAD bitter salty coffee, had it returned and exchanged for orange juice AND did not deduct the price of the coffee off the bill..CRAZY experience...Not believing it is possible, we went to the MANAGER and she herself was fighting for the extra €2.50 like it was for bread for her hungry baby...Still cannot believe the GREEDY atitude of Aktaion BAD hotel...Stay Away!!!!

The waiter brought coffee with salty sour milk. he changed it to orange juice - and, to our surprise insisted to take the price of the coffee as well... they could have served sewage water and charge 3 Euros like they do for a muddy salty coffee.. Avoid by any means!!!!
