Great villa for a large company with a very convenient arrangement of rooms. Each room has its own bathroom with toilet, in one bathroom there is a bath with jacuzzi. Very comfortable beds, clean beds, there are blankets in the closet in one room, if someone is cool. Also in the sleeping area where two bedrooms are separated, between them there is a washing machine. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, there is also a kettle, there is a toaster, there is a coffee maker, everything you need to prepare a full meal. There is also a dishwasher, an excellent stove, a large professional microwave oven, a large good refrigerator. Also for lunch and dinner there is a large table both inside and on the terrace. Also for recreation there are two large areas both inside and on the terrace. There is a fireplace, but there is no reason to burn it. There is a big TV, but there is no reason to watch it, because time is spent in communication. There are enough chairs for all tables, there are spare folding chairs and an ironing board and iron in the pantry below. There are air conditioners everywhere, only we never turned them on, there was no need for the entire rest of 12 days. Although it may in July or August will need to include air conditioning. The villa has an extension with two separate rooms for two families with small terraces, tables and chairs. Also there are good beds, air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Let's just say for the rest in these rooms everything you need to rest. On the territory there is a brazier on which we constantly grilled meat and vegetables. There are also two large umbrellas that fold and are very strong, on one of them the handle is broken and it is inconvenient to open the umbrella and fold. There is also one shower on the street and a tap to wash the sand off your feet when going out to the sea. There are six wooden loungers which are on the same side with the wheels for easy movement. They have soft mattresses for relaxing and sunbathing in the sun. Beautiful and well-kept area. The villa is located 50-80 meters from the sea, its own beach, there are practically no people, there are lonely vacationers. Nearby is a cafe-restaurant where you can eat, relax, there they have their own beach, hammocks under a shed, chairs, tables, all the amenities for a relaxing stay and excellent cuisine. I will not write about the price, because you can see for yourself. And we were driving the season was not open yet, were from May 30 to June 10. Therefore, the price was think cheaper than in season. I recommend a holiday villa, a quiet, cozy place for a good and comfortable holiday.
