J	Jakub Budny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to stay in Kissamos! Super service, super clean, super manager of the villas. Very close to the supeemarket ( 100m), very close to the seaside (100m), very close to super teasty restaurants (Pixida, Cellar).

Not so often to find such clean place. All amenities new. Very comfortable place to live and to take a rest. Great swimming pool, also very clean. Banana tree amasing :-). The service was very good. Recommended place if you wanna have a good time.

The location is very nice in a walking distance from the sea and restaurants and also close to all the hot spots of the area .The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend it. We will be back for sure .
N	Nicholas Dounetas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is amazing. Truly truly beautiful properties. Limosa Luxury Residences have 2 3-bed houses and 4 2-bed houses. They are all brand new. We stayed in a 3-bed house which was lovely and brand new. Not only are these properties new but it is clear the owners paid attention to the details as you have everything you need. As nice as the houses are what is even better is the service from Christoforo (property owner). He truly went above and beyond, nothing was too much for him. He made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. Kissamos is a great location as it is close to the well known beaches Elafonisi and Balos, and it is close to Chania. I would definitely recommend Limosa Luxury Residences, probably the nicest apartment/house I have ever rented in Greece.

D	Daniela Dounetas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING! If you go to Kissamos that is the place you should stay! We visited in 2021 and it it was a completely new and refurbished residents. It was spacious, super clean, very comfortable and they must have had an interior designer because the decor was like in a 5* hotel. (See pictures) Christophoros our host was amazing. He welcomed us and even had a small treat prepared for us in the room, some Raki and Cake and he had put some necessary things in the fridge for us to have a snack if someone is hungry. He was so helpful! We needed a few extra things and he responded immediately. We had a 7 moth old baby and without asking him he brought us a high chair for him, that was so cute. They cleaned our place every 2-3 days, so we had new towels and bedsheets and he gave us towels for the beach or pool. We really enjo our stay. It was truly luxurious accommodation. I would love to visit again...I could stay there for months!
