X	Xristos Spilios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και σε πρόβλημα(δικό μου όχι του γραφείου) που προέκυψε σε κράτηση που είχα κάνει λύθηκε άμεσα! Very good service and a problem (mine not the office) that resulted in a reservation I had made was resolved immediately!

Apart from the fact that I was constantly on the phone to make a reservation and would not pick it up, I normally booked for 2 tickets when I arrived at my office and was told that the reservation does not exist.

Πολύ κακή ζήτησα για θέση στα δρομολόγια του ΚΤΕΛ (που ήταν διαθεσιμη σύμφωνα με τον κιφησο) οπου συνεργάζονται και φαντάζομαι λόγω προμήθειας μου έλεγε αλλά ντι αλλων. Επειδή λοιπόν δεν έκανα τη δουλειά μου ξαναμιλησα με τα κεντρικά, κατάλαβα ότι οι θέσεις που ζήτησα ήταν διαθέσιμες και αναγκαστικά να ξαναπάω το απόγευμα ΠΑΛΙ στο ίδιο γραφειο. Σε αντίθεση με την υπάλληλο που δούλευε τώρα που με εξηπηρετησε άριστα, η οποία όμως όσο καλή δουλειά και να κάνει δεν μπορεί να διορθώσει έναν άνθρωπο ο οποίος δεν ξέρει και κυρίως ΔΕΝ ΘΕΛΕΙ να κάνει τη δουλειά του. Πολύ δυσαρεστημένη. The initial "service" from the first employee this morning was non-existent. Very bad I asked for a place on the bus routes (which was available according to the curse) where they cooperate and imagine because of a commission I was saying but to others. Because I did not do my job again, I realized that the positions I requested were available and I must go back to the afternoon PALI in the same office. When myself and others (volunteers helping refugees) tried to intervene, the travel agent respresentative just hung up on us after stating, “don’t call back”. I would not recommend a travel agency that takes advantage of a refugee’s vulnerability.
