Very irresponsable, we booked our ferries to Greek Island two weeks ago, and now they just canceled everything without any explanation so we lost our money for the hotels in Santorini and Milos too as we can't go there. I'd recommend to look for other options.

Liar! Don’t booked online. I booked online the ship from 1 July Piraeus to Mykonos and 3 July from Mykonos to Santorini. When I got the tickets on 1 July at the office, the staff kindly told me there would be strike on 3 July. I checked the news and found that it’s true. Therefore, I went to their agency at Mykonos on 1 July after arrived. The agency told us there would not be ship on 3 July and asked us to change the booking. When we asked to cancel the booking and refund, they told since it was booked online and had to do it online. I then sent email to Seajets on 1 July but no reply until 5 July and saying that no effect on their ship. I don’t know whether it was really no effect or not (it seems they’re lying of course) but that was advised by their staff and agency anyway.

We took the World Champion from Athens to Santorini without issue, but our return to Athens on the Naxos Jet experienced an estimated 4 hour delay on a what was supposed to be a 6 hour journey. The reason was weather. I understand delays, and they aren't reason for writing 1 star reviews. What I don't understand, and the reason for this 1 star review, is how or why the crew of the Naxos Jet decided not to announce the delay across the ship. At 2:35 pm of an estimated 2:30 arrival in Athens, I went to ask a crew member about the delay:  and was only then told of the delay at all. While the crew was kind, they offered no refreshments, refunds, accomodations, or anything of the sort-- and I believe may have violated EU regulations regarding the rights of passengers on ferries in the event of a delay in arrival time: most significantly, failing to notify us of delays in arrival. I will be filing formal complaints, and intend never to use this ferry service again. I advise you use others instead as well.

Horrible services. Strongly advise any travellers against booking their tickets from this operator. Personal experience as follows: setting off time was decent and on schedule, however we felt sick the entire trip due to the ship rocking like it was made out of wood. Here comes the best part : the ship arrived at our destination port at Greece, TWO and half hours late from their stated schedule, causing us to miss our flight despite immediately taking taxi to the Athens Airport. The entire journey became nearly 8-9hrs from Santorini, thira to Greece, piraeus port. We had left around 3-4hrs buffer time to our flight and we still could not make it due to their delay. No communication of reasons, no information, no compensation. We had to book another flight that night causing us 290euros, besides the 50euros cost by the taxi ride. When we tried to communicate with them via email for refund of our tickets and compensation for our missed flight, even producing all the documents and proof, their customer service just straight up ignored us. FerryHopper, the ticketing office that sells us the ticket, was the only one responding but there was nothing they can do as refunds can only be processed by seajets. Even ferryhopper indicates that we are not the only case that experienced huge delays via this operator. We have been sending seajets emails for weeks and even left messages via their website, all they do was straight up ignoring us. No apologies or anything. Their customer service was practically nonexistent. Such rude attitude, pretending they are dead to avoid responsibilities. In summary: delayed services, useless customer service. Take flight from Santorini instead, or find some other operators. Reading other reviews will tell u similar stories as well.

Totatly and Completely disrespectful! We bought our tickets back from Santorini on line. But, to make sure everything was alright, we went to the store to have tem printed. Well, we went to the port to get our boat 1 hour earlier and only there we were informed that the boat Santorini- Athen was CANCELED!! NO PREVIOUS NOTE, NO EMAILS, NOTHING! And you know what was the "cherry" of the rotten cake?? They won't not even return our money!! No excuses, no compensations, nothing!! I will never buy anything from them again! Nor should you!!

Seajets is the worst of all ferry lines. I selected them as they advertised online checkin. However, online checkin does not work. Tried for 48 hours before checkin! Ticket pickup requires 1 euro per ticket even from their authorized office. Minoan ferries does not chrge anything for ticket pick up from an authorized location. Boarding is chaotic. No concern for passenger safety. Just terrible.

Pros - much faster than regular ferries. I was on the Champion Jet 2, which is one of the more spacious ones, so it did not feel crowded once we were seated. Sea Jets actually has women crew members on board, unlike other ferry services. Over all, I found it to be worth the extra money. Cons - the boarding process was a bit chaotic. About 100 people crowded into the boarding area along with the cars that were coming into the ferry. A car also had to drive through the crowd to exit the ferry at one point. There was only 1 person taking the tickets from the passengers. It wasn’t terrible but definitely not as comfortable as boarding other ferries, especially during COVID.

It was a good experience. Clean and quick-ish journey, but experienced a 3 hour delay for one of my two journeys. There is no real other option, so this company is good enough.
