★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a very clean flat in a house situated on a key junction for the university of Patras and the hospital. The air condition in the flat took very long to heat it. No tub, no shower frame. The water from the shower fills the toilet floor. No elevator. The house corridors smell from the kitchen odours of the proprietors' rooms on the ground floor. Tenants don't have exterior keys. Owners open door when asked.
