À wonderful place to stay for some days of vacation. The people in the reception desk are very friendly and helpful, ready to propose you different places around in order to discover more this wonderful place.

Nice place. Staff are friendly and helpful and although there's no food served they will order in for you or point you to the nearest restaurant only 5 min walk away. Literally throwing distance to the ferries.

In August of 2019 it was our 3rd time that we stayed at this hotel. The criterion that brought us back for the 3rd time, was the low offered price. Despite the fact that "what you pay is what you get", I was disappointed to see that after 3 years: 1) the cracks on the wall of our room were still there (room 9, 1st floor). 2) the room was still very poor without the slightest improvement (we found and killed cockroaches twice in the bathroom) 3) the elevator is still "out of order" 4) the breakfast served (excluded from the room price) is still very poor and overpriced 5) the WiFi is still non existent to the left part of the hotel. As far as the WiFi is concerned: We specifically asked the owner (before our decision to book this hotel) whether was there any WiFi in place and he reassured us that there was, which was of course not the case for our room! And despite my request to the owner to fix the problem (to bring a device to strengthen the signal), despite his reassurance that he would fix the problem and my 2 reminders, he never did so! And I bet that he will not do so in the future either... Overall, this is an old and tired hotel and it seems that there is no willingness of any improvement whatsoever! The only positive elements are the price and location. Finally, the staff at the bar / breakfast area are excellent at their job, quite friendly and always with a warm authentic smile.
