Staff was friendly, food was good, pools were really nice, air conditioning worked BUT the “non smoking” family suite smelled of smoke. It may not be so bad if you are facing east (toward the bridge), but facing west we had to keep the hallway door open for the entire stay! PS We ordered a cold plate (we checked in very late) and it was quite good.

Stayed here on Saturday 31st July in room 349 (I think). The standard of the accommodation was terrible. We asked to be moved to another room but we were told it was not possible. The furniture in the balcony was rusty, the standard of refurbishment/decorations was very poor, the wardrobe was badly constructed and the chipboard it was made out of had been exposed to a lot of water because it had expanded and started to rot. The whole room felt dirty. The people who had refurbished the room had used a fridge door on a cupboard under a sink. Also, the bathroom fan did not work, and there was mould on the grouting of the bathroom wall. The mechanism for using the plug in the sink was broken and on a very short walk along the beach we found heaps of litter. This hotel is meant to be 4 star standard and we paid a significant amount of money for the room. Frankly I would not even give it 3 stars. I feel as if we were robbed. The pictures speak for themselves.

We visited at the tail end of the summer season on a windy day around 2pm and it was clear the staff were ready for the end of the season break. Don’t expect daybed service from waiters. But the beach and the views are incredible. Service met expectations. The hotel building is due for a good lick of paint.

The least I can say is that hotel is a DISGRACE for the city and hospitality in general. 1. Tacky and awful decoration ( it’s not a concept, just old and rusty??‍♀️) -we stayed in the suite and the sofa looked old and filthy. Bathroom with rust and smell, broken lamps and dirty main hallway carpet!!! Also,I can describe the breakfast as sad? 2. Foremost I have to mention the staff at the reception who was by far the rudest I have met in a hotel. You won’t believe the fact that they miss basic knowledge of customer care and hospitality! Maybe a training would help them although I doubt that they can go far with those skills of interaction. Don’t expect any welcome or question regarding your stay at the end! staff at the beach restaurant is nice but it’s not part of the hotel! As a frequent global traveller I would suggest to someone to support other business around the area than that. Clearly the owner does not care, which is a SHAME for the local community. AWFUL !!!

We visited this hotel before pandemia, 2019 and it was perfect.

The hotel is clearly run down. The pool is closed although it is the beginning of May. The reception staff is unfriendly. The view from our room is the external units of the air conditioning system . When I talked to the reception, the answer was that I did not request sea view!!! And that is by paying full price!! Absolutely terrible!

Not great... Staff was very nice but the rooms were worn down with little things broken (electricity sockets not working, marks of old decoration on the mirror...). AC was not working, so the rooms were boiling hot and we could only open the doors to get fresh air during the night. Meals are ok but nothing exceptional. The beach was ok but in may the pool was closed even though it was 28 degrees and super sunny, such a pity. Would not recommend for the quality price ratio. Also super far from Patras center and everything. Only positive thing to remember is you get a superb view of the bridge.
