★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση έχει βελτιωθεί κατα πολύ. Χωρίς να αδικώ τους υπόλοιπους υπαλλήλους, η κοπέλα που ειναι στην υποδοχή πάντα ειναι πρόθυμη και με καλή διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει τους πάντες.
Service has been greatly improved. Without prejudice to the other employees, the lady at the reception is always willing and in a good mood to serve everyone.

Compared to other banks in the area, I have never seen this ATM damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στο κατάστημα να κάνω ανανέωση στοιχείων επειδή έβγαλα καινούρια ταυτότητα και μου είπαν να πάρω τηλέφωνο να κλείσω ραντεβού και να ξανάρθω. (για μια δουλειά κυριολεκτικά μερικών λεπτών, να καταχωρήσεις ένα νέο αριθμό)
Εντάξει παιδιά δεν είμαι χαζός καταλαβαίνω πως λειτουργούν τα ραντεβού αλλά ήμουν εκεί, φυσική παρουσία.. για 1 λεπτό υπόθεση και δεν είχε καν κόσμο τη στιγμή που πήγα να έλεγα ότι θα καθυστερούσα κάποιον.
Αντί να εξυπηρετήσετε έναν πελάτη τον ταλαιπωρείτε με περιττή γραφειοκρατία. Θα μεταφέρω τα χρήματα στην άλλη μου κάρτα και δε θα ασχοληθώ άλλο. Νιώθω απογοητευμένος
I went to the store to refresh items because I got a new ID and I was told to call to make an appointment and come back. (for a job of literally a few minutes, enter a new number)
Ok guys I'm not stupid I understand how appointments work but I was there, physical presence .. for 1 minute case and it was not even crowded the moment I went to say that I would be late for someone.
Instead of serving a customer, you are bothering them with unnecessary bureaucracy. I will transfer the money to my other card and I will not bother anymore. I feel frustrated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ευχαριστημένος από την εξυπηρέτηση!έχω εξυπηρετηθει κατ'επαναληψη στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.χιλια μπράβο θέλω να πω,ειδικότερα στην κυρία μπαίνοντας δεξιά στο κατάστημα, που είναι πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει κ να δώσει λύσεις στα θέματα γενικότερα. Την ευχαριστώ πολύ καθώς κ όλο το προσωπικό του καταστήματος για την άψογη λειτουργία του καταστήματος σε καιρούς covid!μπράβο σας!
