★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μηδενική εξυπηρέτηση! Μετά από αναμονή μιας ώρας για να καταφέρω να κλείσω ένα ραντεβού στο τέλος μου το έκλεισαν κιόλας! Απαράδεκτοι!

Πλεον οι άνθρωποι το εχουν τερματισει!! Αδιαφοροι, αγενεις και προκλητικοι. Ιδιαιτερως οι... βαθμοφοροι.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση πηγα να κάνω μια αιτησει για δάνειο και με το που βγήκα από το κατάστημα το απορριψαν και είπα και καλά ότι θα έχω απάντηση σε 2 μερες

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν είχε 0 αστέρια αυτό θα έβαζα. Μπαίνοντας κάποιος "κύριος με θέση" ήθελε να μας εξυπηρετήσει αν και είχαμε με άλλο όνομα ραντεβού. Ζητήσαμε ένα δάνειο και από την αρχή φάνηκε ότι ούτε καν τον ενδιαφέρει η υπόθεση και δήθεν θα το μελετούσε και θα μας ενημέρωνε. Έχει περάσει 1,5 μήνας και ακόμα μας ενημερώνει. Η συμπεριφορά του σαν να ήταν τόσο πολυάσχολος....να μην συνεχίσω. Και παρεπιπτόντως υπάρχουν σε τράπεζα Πειραιώς και Εθνική άνθρωποι με όλη την σημασία της λέξης που τους βγάζεις και το καπέλο. Με συνεχή επαφή με τον πελάτη για να πετύχουν το καλύτερο δυνατό. Κρίμα για την Eurobank και κυρίως κρίμα που απασχολεί προσωπικό που απλά την ρεζιλεύει.
If it had 0 stars I would put this. Entering, a "gentleman with a position" wanted to serve us, although we had an appointment under another name. We asked for a loan and from the beginning it seemed that he was not even interested in the case and supposedly he would study it and inform us. 1.5 months have passed and he is still informing us. His behavior seemed to be so busy .... not to continue. And by the way, there are people in Piraeus Bank and Ethniki with all the meaning of the word you take off and their hat. With constant contact with the customer to achieve the best possible. Too bad for Eurobank and especially a pity that it employs staff who simply resent it.
