★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση, μόνο ενα άτομο στο ταμείο για ένα από τα κεντρικότερα υποκαταστήματα της πόλης, ενώ η ουρά έφτανε μέχρι την πόρτα.
Tragic service, only one person at the checkout for one of the most central branches of the city, while the queue reached the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θέλω να πω ευχαριστώ την κυρία Εμμανουηλιδου και τον ταμεία ( πρώτου ορόφου , δεν θυμάμαι το όνομα του ) . Παρόλο που ήταν γιορτινές μέρες και είχε πολύ κόσμο , η εξυπηρέτηση τους ήταν άψογη !!
I want to say thank you to Mrs Emmanouilidou and the trustees (first floor, I do not remember his name). Although it was a festive day and very crowded, their service was impeccable !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάνω από 1 ώρα αναμονή για απλή αλλαγή στοιχείων επικοινωνίας με μόνο 1 γραφείο ενεργό. Η τράπεζα θα έπρεπε να ξέρει ότι η μείωση του προσωπικού για την αυτοματοποίηση των διαδικασιών στις οποίες θέλει να προβεί ρίχνει τρομερά το επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης.
Over 1 hour waiting for simple change of contact details with only 1 office active. The bank should know that the downsizing of staff to automate the processes it wants to perform has a tremendous level of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εάν είχα -10 θα το έβαζα. Είμαι ελεύθερος επαγγελματίας και ήΘελα να ενεργοποιήσω την υπηρεσία alpha alerts από το internet banking για τον λογαριασμό όψεως της επιχείρησης μου. Είστε το αρχικό κατάστημα που δημιούργησα τον όψεως και από την αρχή δεν κάνατε σωστά την διαδικασία των alerts αφού δεν τα ενεργοποιήσατε για τις κινήσεις του λογαριασμού (με απλά λόγια δεν μου έρχεται email όταν κάποιος κάνει μία απλή μεταφορά). Με μεγάλη έκπληξη διαπίστωσα ότι πρέπει να έρθω στο κατάστημα σας για να το κάνω αυτό. Ενώ ως ιδιώτης που έχω επίσης λογαριασμό μπορώ να κάνω την ίδια ακριβώς διαδικασία μέσα από το internet banking και τον υπολογιστή μου. Για ποιο λόγο σαν επιχείρηση να έχω τέτοια ταλαιπωρία; Μεγάλη η ταλαιπωρία από την ανικανότητα σας να εξυπηρετήσετε σωστά επιχειρήσεις. Είναι σκέτη τρέλα ένας ιδιώτης να κάνει την διαδικασία από τον υπολογιστή του και για την ίδια ακριβώς διαδικασία ένας επιχειρηματίας να πρέπει να ταλαιπωρείτε στο κατάστημα.
If I had -10 I would put it. I am a freelancer and I wanted to activate the alpha alerts service from internet banking for my business account. You are the original store that I created the face and from the beginning you did not do the alerts process correctly since you did not activate them for the account movements (in simple words I do not receive an email when someone makes a simple transfer). I was very surprised to find that I had to come to your store to do this. While as an individual I also have an account I can do the exact same process through internet banking and my computer. Why as a business do I have such trouble? Great inconvenience from your inability to properly serve businesses. It is pure madness for an individual to do the process from his computer and for the exact same process a businessman has to bother in the store.
