Κρίμα, γιατί τότε έβρισκες ανθρώπους πρόθυμους και ικανούς να σε βοηθήσουν, ενώ τώρα είναι "ρομπότ". Somewhat better than the previous branch in Ag. Μου πρότειναν εξ αρχής κάρτα Bonus με ετήσια συνδρομή, χωρίς να με ενημερώσουν για τις υπόλοιπες επιλογές. Δεν μου ανέφεραν πως η διαδικασία για το Web Banking μπορεί να γίνει και από μέρους μου, με αποτέλεσμα να χρεωθώ επιπλέον κόστη τα οποία θα μπορούσαν να είχαν αποφευχθεί. Κάθε πελάτης χρειάζεται σωστή και ολοκληρωμένη ενημέρωση. Δεν υπάρχουν τα "συνήθως αυτά μας ζητάνε" ή "αυτό σας συμφέρει", όπως μου ανέφερε το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα σε μετέπειτα τηλεφωνική μας επικοινωνία. Υπάρχουν και άνθρωποι με κριτική σκέψη, που θα ήθελαν να γνωρίζουν όλες τις επιλογές τους πριν προχωρήσουν σε σχετικές αποφάσεις. Extremely bad service. And from the store, and from the call center. N	Nick Papadimitriou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτο προσωπικο,πηγα για ενημερωση στοιχειων σε εναν λογαριασμο παλιο που ειχα και με κοιτουσαν με μισο ματι,μην ασχοληθουν 10 λεπτα και κουραστουν,ταχα ανοιγαν τα τετραδια για να βρουν ραντεβου να εξυπηρετησουν και δεν εβρισκαν ουτε 20 μερες μετα γιατι θα εφευγαν διακοπες και τα σχετικα.... Το τραγικο της υποθεσης ειναι οτι αυτο κρατησε 5 λεπτα μεχρι να με διωξουν και αν αποφασιζαν να κανουν την δουλεια για την οποια πληρωνονται θα τελειωνα σε 10 λεπτα. Εφυγα και συνεχιζαν να καθονται σε ενα αδειο καταστημα και να κοιτανε το κενο και να παραγουν το τιποτα. Τραγικοι....
