★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκαν σχεδόν δύο ώρες για το άνοιγμα ενός επαγγελματικού λογαριασμού, λόγω συνεχών τεχνικών προβλημάτων! Πέραν τούτου επιεικώς απαράδεκτη η πολιτική του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος να εξαρτά το άνοιγμα τραπεζικού λογαριασμού από την ταυτόχρονη ασφάλιση της χρεωστικής κάρτας. Πολιτικη καθαρά εισπρακτικού χαρακτήρα!
It took almost two hours to open a business account, due to constant technical problems! In addition, it is indulgently unacceptable for the policy of this branch to make the opening of a bank account conditional on the simultaneous insurance of the debit card. Purely revenue policy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση, προσπαθώ τέσσερις μήνες να κλείσω ραντεβού για άνοιγμα εμπορικού λογαριασμού και όταν τελικά βρίσκουν χρόνο θυμήθηκαν να με ενημερώσουν για ετήσια χρέωση, μέχρι τότε το μόνο που χρειαζόταν ήταν τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά. Βέβαια αυτοί τουλάχιστον σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα σε αντίθεση με τα υπόλοιπα καταστήματα της ίδιας τράπεζας.
Poor service, I try to make an appointment for four months to open a business account and when they finally find time they remembered to inform me about an annual charge, until then all I needed was the necessary documents. Of course they at least pick up the phones unlike the other branches of the same bank.
