Θα ήθελα να προσθέσουν με κάποιο τρόπο στις υπηρεσίες τους μια ελάχιστη εγγύηση μετά την επισκευή και δέσμευση καλής λειτουργίας. Ιδιαίτερα όταν η βλάβη που έχει προκύψει είναι από αστοχία υλικού του ανταλλακτικού. People are good professionals, helpful, and consistent. I would like to somehow add to their services a minimum warranty after repair and commitment to good operation. Especially when the damage that has occurred is due to a failure of the spare part material.
S	Stathis Kostopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση!Απο βδομαδα σε βδομαδα για να ενημερωθώ για την εξέλιξη της ξυριστικής μηχανης Braun series 9.Μετα από πολυ πίεση παραδέχτηκαν ότι δεν έχουν ιδεα που ειναι και ρίξανε το φταίξιμο στα κεντρικά της εταιρίας(στην αρχη ρίχνανε το φταίξιμο σε εμενα που την είχανε χάσει)! Για να καλύψουν το λάθος τους μου προτεινανε να μου δώσουν μια ξυριστική μηχανη χαμηλης κατηγορίας την οποία θα με παίρνανε τηλ για να μου την δώσουν Ακόμα περιμένω…τηλέφωνο δεν με εχουνε πάρει ΠΟΤΕ!μονο εγώ έπαιρνα για να ενημερωθώ!Η κοροϊδία και ο αντι επαγγελματισμός δεν έχει ταβάνι σε αυτό το μαγαζί..πραγματικά κριμα Unacceptable service! Δεν δέχονται επιστροφές, τα ανταλλακτικά έρχονται από τον αντιπρόσωπο σε σακουλάκι κλεισμένο με συρραπτικο και απόδειξη δεν μου έκοψαν όταν το παρέλαβα αλλά αφού έκανα ολόκληρη ιστορία την επόμενη ημέρα. Avoid. They do not accept returns, the spare parts come from the dealer in a bag closed with a stapler and the receipt was not cut when I received it but after I made a whole story the next day.
M	Mixalis Zaranis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μιλάμε για μεγάλο ΑΠΑΤΕΩΝΑ! Πήγα πριν από 1,5 μήνα ένα σιδερο για καθάρισμα,λογο ότι πεταγε κάτι μαύρα κομμάτια .... Μου ζήτησε 30€, τα πηρε κανονικα... Και 1,5 μήνα μετά που το σίδερο ανοίχτηκε μπροστά μου από άλλον μαστορα(γτ έκανε πάλι τα ίδια) το αποτέλεσμα είναι αυτό που βλέπετε στην φωτογραφία.... Και αναρωτιέμαι, τι ακριβώς καθάρισμα έκανε ο ΑΠΑΤΕΩΝΑΣ!!!! We are talking about a big FRAUD! I went 1.5 months ago for an iron for cleaning, because he was throwing some black pieces .... He asked me for 30 €, he got them normally ... And 1.5 months after the iron was opened in front of me by another carpenter (gt did the same again) the result is what you see in the photo .... Σε ερώτηση μου Γιατί τόσο ακριβά να πας Μου λέει εκεί που τα δίνουν φθηνά εμείς τοσο τα έχουμε. ακόμα ένας πονηρός. τώρα Σώθηκε πήρε 5 ευρώ παραπάνω. ο καθένας βέβαια με την αξία του unjustifiably very expensive broom filters of 3 and 1 euro charged 6.90 and 4. Θ	ΘΕΟΔΩΡΑ ΚΕΧΑΓΙΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα πρόσφατα 2 σκούπες,1 Panasonic & 1 Miele.Μου είπε ότι αξίζει να τις φτιάξω, ότι θα με ενημέρωνε την επομένη για τη βλάβη που είχαν, πλήρωσα 16 ευρώ για κόστος ελέγχου και έφυγα. Πέρασαν 11 ημέρες χωρίς καμία ειδοποίηση. Σε αυτό το διάστημα εγώ πήρα 2 φορές, τη 2η με ενημέρωσε ότι η Panasonic δεν φτιάχνεται γιατί είναι παλιά και δεν υπάρχει μοτέρ, ενώ για τη Miele θέλει 147 ευρώ για αλλαγή γνήσιου μοτέρ.Του είπα για ιμιτασιόν και είπε ότι δεν βάζει τέτοια...Πήγα τις πήρα, μάλιστα έλειπε το φίλτρο από τη Miele και όταν του το είπα, μου έδωσε ένα ιμιτασιόν (όχι το γνήσιο που είχε) και απάντησε θυμωμένος "να σου βάλουν φίλτρο εκεί που θα τις φτιάξεις". Την επομένη τις πήγα στην Αθήνα στον κ.Μουστάκα, ο οποίος έφτιαξε και τις δυο μέσα σε 2 ημέρες με 100 ευρώ και ΧΩΡΙΣ κόστος ελέγχου! Ντροπή για το RODIS SERVICE, με ειρωνεύτηκε κιόλας ότι δεν τον νοιάζει αν θα ξαναπάω. Τέτοια αυθάδεια και αλαζονεία! Μακριά! I recently went to 2 brooms, 1 Panasonic & 1 Miele. During this period I took 2 times, on the 2nd he informed me that Panasonic is not being repaired because it is old and there is no motor, while for Miele he wants 147 euros for a change of a genuine motor. I went and got them, in fact Miele was missing the filter and when I told him, he gave me an imitation (not the original one he had) and he answered angrily "to put a filter where you will make them". The next day I took them to Athens to Mr. Moustakas, who made both in 2 days for 100 euros and WITHOUT cost control! Shame on RODIS SERVICE, he even made fun of me for not caring if I would go again. Such audacity and arrogance! Away!
a	andriana karvouni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα την πρώτη φορά την ηλεκτρική σκούπα για φτιάξιμο και μου είπαν 70 ευρώ γιατί έχει καεί το μοτέρ και δέχτηκα να την φτιάξουν, ταυτόχρονα πήγα και τον φούρνο μικροκυμάτων miele . Μετά από 2 μέρες μου είπαν ότι έχει χαλάσει ο αισθητήρας στη πόρτα του φούρνου 148 ευρώ. Πήγα παρέλαβα την σκούπα κ τον φούρνο χωρίς απόδειξη και μου έκαναν κ παρατήρηση ότι δεν δέχονται πιστωτική κάρτα. Την επόμενη μέρα που ήρθε ο ηλεκτρολόγος σπίτι μου είπε ότι ο φούρνος δεν είχε πρόβλημα αλλά η πρίζα στον τοίχο. Η σκούπα μετά από 2 μέρες πάλι δεν δούλευε την πήγα πίσω κ μου είπαν αλλά 40 ευρώ. Το αποτέλεσμα παρέλαβα την σκούπα με σπασμένο κουμπί και κάθε 5 λεπτά όταν είναι σε λειτουργία να σταματάει. Θα επικοινωνήσω με τον Ινστιτούτο καταναλωτών και με την miele.
