★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ είμαι πελάτης χρόνια λυπάμαι για την πολιτική επιστροφών του καταστήματος. Είχα κάνει μια αγορά 50 ευρώ προ εκπτώσεων και έτυχε να την επιστρέψουμε χρονολογικά εντός εκπτώσεων. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να λάβουμε ένα πιστωτικό 35 αντί για 50 ευρώ με δικαιολογία ότι ήταν εκπτώσεις χωρίς να ψωνίσω βέβαια κάτι. Μου εκοψαν δλδ 15 ευρώ λανθασμένα θεωρώ λόγω συστήματος υπολογιστή όπως αφέθηκε να εννοηθεί από μια κοπέλα. Θα μπορούσα όμως να αξιοποιήσω το πιστωτικό οποιαδήποτε στιγμή και όχι συγκεκριμένα εντός της περιόδου των εκπτώσεων οπότε το πόσο θα έπρεπε να είναι τα αρχικά 50. Φυσικά το κατάστημα μου απάντησε μετά από δύο εβδομάδες που προσπαθούσα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους ότι δε συμφωνουν διότι είναι ενάντια στην πολιτική τους... Φυσικά δε πρόκειται να ψωνίσω ξανά γιατί το θεωρώ όλο αυτό κοροϊδία.
While I have been a customer for years, I regret the store's return policy. I had made a purchase of 50 euros before discounts and was able to return it chronically within discounts. The result was to get a credit of 35 instead of 50 euros with the excuse that they were discounts without shopping for anything. I was blown away by 15 euros wrongly I think because of a computer system as it was meant by a girl. But I could use the credit at any time and not specifically during the rebate period so how much should be the original 50. Of course my store responded after two weeks of trying to contact them that they disagree because they are against their politics ... Of course I'm not going to go shopping again because I consider all of this a hoax.
