Πήραμε τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσουμε τί συνέβη, γιατί το παλικάρι δεν είχε μετρητά μαζί του, και μας είπαν ότι η κάρτα του μπορεί να ακυρώθηκε "λόγω αυτόματων συναλλαγών". Φυσικά η τράπεζα δεν είχε ενημερώσει. Θα μπορούσε να είχε συμβεί σε άνθρωπο που έχει να προλάβει κάποιο μέσο (αεροπλάνο, πλοίο, κλπ) και βρίσκεται σε περιοχή όπου δεν έχει που να μείνει. Τι θα συνέβαινε σε αυτή την περίπτωση; Ο υπάλληλος μας είπε ότι θα χρειαστεί να βγάλει καινούργια κάρτα, διαδικασία που θα πάρει τέσσερις μέρες, δεδομένου ότι μεσολαβεί Σαββατοκύριακο. Νιώθω μεγάλη ανασφάλεια να χρησιμοποιήσω ATM αυτής της τράπεζας πλέον. Unacceptable. We went to an ATM with a friend of mine and for no reason he kept his card.
