P	Petros K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε ερώτημα μου για να ανοίξω λογαριασμό όψεως, η προϊσταμένη του καταστήματος εκτός των άλλων με ενημέρωσε ΨΕΥΔΩΣ ότι χρειάζεται να καταθέσω 3.000 ευρώ. Να τους χαίρεστε. Πήγα σε άλλο κατάστημα και έκανα την δουλεία μου. When I asked to open a cash account, the store manager, among other things, falsely informed me that I needed to deposit 3,000 euros. Rejoice with them. I went to another store and did my homework.

Όταν ρώτησα σε άλλη τράπεζα άλλον υπάλληλο για τέτοιο καθεστώς με κοιτούσε σα να ρωτούσα κάτι εξωγήινο.. Να μην συζητησω ότι ζήτησε να κάνουμε ασφάλεια από την τράπεζα.. η ΑΠΆΤΗ Κ ΚΟΡΟΪΔΊΑ ΣΕ ΟΛΟ ΤΗΣ ΤΟ ΜΕΓΑΛΕΊΟ!!! η Alpha Bank θα έπρεπε να ντρέπεται να έχει τέτοιους υπαλλήλους. The employee in the office entered asking for 3000 € to open a sight account !!!!! When I asked another bank employee for such a status he was looking at me as if I were asking something extraterrestrial .. Do not argue that he asked for security from the bank .. FRAUD K CORROID ALL OVER THE GREAT !!! Alpha Bank should be ashamed to have such employees.
K	Konstantinos Amanatidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζητήσαμε άνοιγμα λογαριασμού όψεως. Ζήτησαν ως ελάχιστο ποσό καταβολής 3000 ευρώ , και αν δεν τα έχεις , σε αντάλλαγμα δίνουμε ασφάλεια στην επιχείρηση. Μόνο έτσι ανοίγεις όψεως. Επειδή ήμουν με φόρμες μπορεί οι άνθρωποι να είπανε οκ ας πουλήσουμε και μια ασφάλεια από το πουθενά. Συστημική τράπεζα στην Ελλάδα το 2019. Για να είμαστε δίκαιοι, η Alpha bank δεν έχει κάποια τέτοια ρήτρα, αλλά ήταν καθαρα εμπορική τακτική του υποκαταστήματος . Φυσικά και ανοίχτηκε λογαριασμός όψεως σε άλλο υποκατάστημα 10 λεπτά μακριά . Παρακαλώ την άμεση κινητοποίηση των κεντρικών γραφειων, γιατί αν δεν μπορεί να ελέγξει η ΑΕ τους υπαλλήλους της, μπορεί να τους μειώσει για να μην χάνει την αξιοπιστία της. We requested an account opening. They asked for a minimum payment of 3000 euros, and if you do not have them, in return we provide security to the business. That is the only way you can see it. Because I was in uniforms people might even say we sell a security out of nowhere. System Bank in Greece in 2019. To be fair, Alpha bank does not have such a clause, but it was a purely commercial branch tactic. Of course, a sight account was opened at another branch 10 minutes away. I urge the immediate mobilization of headquarters, because if the AU cannot control its employees, it can reduce them so as not to lose its credibility.
N	NIKOLETA KAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σχεδόν καθόλου ουρά στις 12+ η ώρα. Γρήγορο και εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό. Almost no queue at 12+ o'clock. Fast and helpful staff.

Είχα κλείσει ραντεβού πριν δύο βδομάδες για να φτάσω εκεί πρωί στις 8:30 και να μου πουν ότι θα μπορούν να με εξυπηρετήσουν μετά από μια βδομάδα. Γιατί έτσι έτυχε. Το χειρότερο δεν ήταν αυτό αλλά το αγενεστατο ύφος ολων λες και το φταίξιμο ήταν δικό μας που πήγαμε. Αγένεια με το που ανοίγεις την πόρτα και μπαίνεις, ύφος και μια όρεξη για δουλειά λες και σκάβουν όλοι μέρα! Μακάρι να κλείσουν όλες τις τράπεζες όπως ακούγεται και να κάτσετε σπίτι σας να κοιτάτε τους τοίχους είναι το μόνο που είστε ικανοί! Χίλιες φορές ηλεκτρονικά όπως ούτως η άλλως γίνεται και τώρα που χρυσοπληρωνεστε για να υποτιμάται τον κόσμο! The worst staff I have ever seen in the entire public and private sector! I had an appointment two weeks ago to get there in the morning at 8:30 and they told me they could serve me after a week. Because that's how it happened. The worst was not that but the rude style of all as if the blame was ours that we went. Rudeness when you open the door and enter, style and an appetite for work as if everyone is digging for a day! May all the banks close as it sounds and sit at home looking at the walls is all you can do! A thousand times electronically as it is done anyway and now that you are paid in gold to devalue the world!
