Μεγάλη αναμονή και το προσωπικό της τράπεζας οπως και η διευθύντρια αγενεστατοι..βαριούνται να σε εξυπηρετήσουν. Really the worst bank in town. Very bad branch .. Great wait and the bank staff as well as the manager indignant .. they have to serve you.
s	sofia tseroga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ στην αναζήτηση στο διαδίκτυο είδα πως το κατάστημα της Τσιμισκή είναι ανοικτό μέχρι τις 17:00 όταν πήγα εκεί στις 15:00 είχε ήδη κλείσει Απαράδεκτο το γεγονός της σωστής ενημέρωσης. Και με έστειλαν να βάζω μεγάλα ποσά μπροστά σε όλους στο μηχάνημα!!!! Απαράδεκτη. The worst bank !!! C	Christina Tsartsidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν από ένα μήνα πήγα στο κατάστημα της αλφα μπανκ στην Τσιμισκή Θεσσαλονίκη και με εξυπηρέτησε μία υπάλληλος Τσαρίδου Αγλαΐα , άψογη κατά την άποψη μου . Χαμογελαστή , προσιτή , με απίστευτη όρεξη να εξυπηρετησεί , να βρει λύση. Ενώ τις προηγούμενες μέρες είχα πάει στο κατάστημα στους αμπελόκηπους όπου δεν λύθηκε το θέμα μου γιατί δεν ήξεραν πως να το λύσουν. Το θέμα μου αφορούσε ένα υπόλοιπο 0,18 λεπτά μια κράτηση που έγινε το 2018 και δεν μπορούσαν να βρούνε από που είναι αυτό το υπόλοιπο. Το δεύτερο θέμα αφορούσε την αλλαγή λογαριασμού πάγιας εντολής κάτι το οποίο για την κ.Τσαρίδου ήταν θέμα λεπτών να το λύσει ενώ σε άλλο κατάστημα μου είπαν ότι είναι περίπλοκο και θέλει μέρες ή απλά βαριόταν ο υπάλληλος. Χίλια ευχαριστώ, αν όλοι υπάλληλοι δούλευαν με τέτοια όρεξη θα γλυτώναμε από πολλές ταλαιπωρίες πραγματικά ! I asked a lot of questions, the clerk was patient, polite. I could not do it with Web banking. He helped me in everything!
D	Despoina Strantzali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το πρωί της Τρίτης 8 Μαρτίου (Μετά την Καθαρά Δευτέρα μετα από τριήμερο) πάω να κάνω συναλλαγή μου στα αυτόματα μηχανήματα. Την ώρα που κάνω να φύγω από το μηχάνημα ένας κύριος μεγάλος σε ηλικία από άλλο μηχάνημα με μου λέει να τον βοηθήσω συγκεκριμένα "μπορείς να μου δείξεις πως να πληρώσω τον τάδε λογαριασμό για να ξέρω την άλλη φορά". Προσπάθησα αλλά δυστυχώς δεν ήξερα ακριβώς γιατί ευτυχώς πάω μόνο για μια κατάθεση σε λογαριασμό κ τίποτα άλλο με αυτήν την τράπεζα. Οπότε λέω μισό λεπτό. Ακριβώς δίπλα στο μηχάνημα του ήταν ένα γραφείο. Μια ξανθιά γυναίκα. Οπότε λέω υπάρχει κάποιος υπεύθυνος εδώ να σας δείξει? (Μέσα στα μούτρα της) ούτε γύρισε να πει κάτι. Συνεχίζω λέγοντάς: "Νομίζω υπήρχε κάποιος υπεύθυνος εδω" τίποτα... Ο κύριος μ απαντάει: άστο κοπέλα μ δεν υπάρχει κανένας θα βρω κάποιον άλλον μήπως ξέρει κ με βοηθήσει. Συνεχίζω λέγοντάς προς αυτήν "αααα μάλλον δεν υπάρχει κανένας υπεύθυνος εδω" και μετα απο λίγο προσθέτω "πολύ κουράζονται στην τράπεζα ". Δεν κούνησε ούτε τα βλέφαρά της όχι να γυρίσει να μιλήσει... Κ ο κύριος συνέχισε να ψάχνει κάποιον να τον βοηθήσει.. κάποιον που φυσικά δεν ήταν προσωπικό της τράπεζας. Μπράβο σας..
