Lying in bed listen too the sea sun rises and sunsets you could only dream about absolutely love this place β€οΈ

β β β β β Tl;dr- great staff, bad management.
The good- the staff is smiling and nice, especially Mariana, she is great and made our staying fun.
The breakfast is rich, the common areas are wide and comfortable.
The bad- housekeeping comes very late and gives 1 towel per person, which means that if you want to shower 2 times a day you need to keep your towel (be real, we are 3 ppl with 3 identical towels)
The shower stream is very weak. We've been told that this is the stream but it's weird that in a hotel like this the shower is that lame.
The worst part is the beds- gave all 3 of us back pain.
But again, the stuff made our staing fun.

All staff ( and I mean ALL ) from luggage guy to manager weitress clean girls entrance bodyguard etc we rr SUPER FRIENDLY
Hotel is very clean , new, modern on the beach. FAMILY friendly with 2 playgrounds inside and out
We had half board and gained 5kg , thats how delicious and good variety the food was , I cant believe few people had negative feedback here, maybe competitors :P never know
We strongly recommend this hotel !!!!!!

β β β β β Amazing beach, wondertul view, clean water ?? Marianna was by far the lovliest waitress we have ever had, so nice and always ready to help and give good advice. Even though we werenβt even staying in the hotel but just visiting the hotelβs beach we were treated perfectly by the staff and really enjoyed it!! ??? The food was also delicious ??

β β β β β Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was modern, clean, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The beach was beautiful and fun - really enjoyed the sunbeds. Totally recommend it if youβre thinking about a family holiday.

β β β β β Needing to get out of London and only having one day to make the break we looked for the best hotel by the best beach with direct flights from London and not too far from the airport (50 mins).
This was the perfect break and just what we needed. Pristine beach with space directly outside the hotel. Went for a swim even. Booked a massage at the spa which was excellent. Staff, food, decor, cleanliness all excellent.
Iβm not sure if how this is in peak season but will definitely come back and recommend for a break particularly off peak times.
Thanks to all the hotel staff for being so friendly and accommodating, and going out of your way to make this a special trip.

β β β β β To be honest, this is really not a 5 star hotel as it possibly has this rating due to all the amenities that it has (pool, spa, etc.). The rooms are fairly small as is the hotel itself. Having said that, this is not bad by any means and our experience was 5 star !!.... Small also means easily accessible, moving from beach to room to pool. Staff ??..... 10 star!!... Possibly the best part of the hotel. The first time I actually notice service quality, discrete but always there. The food also matched the high rating.... kudos to the chef. It has one of the best positions and portion of Kalithea beach.
