V	Vicky P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will ask you to pay before they show you to your room. If you do, you will understand why later.. Avoid at all costs! We had only booked the room for one night, thank God. We booked a room with sea-front view - which was more expensive - and after we paid (the original price), then they led us to a "garden" view room at the back of the building. Of course, they didn't apologize for the inconvenience or offer any kind of discount, since the garden room was cheaper. I had to argue more than half an hour with those tricksters and their reply was that "things happen" or " you may have arrived and had no room at all" (!). Lol! I should have read the comments before booking same., but it was only for one night, so I thought how bad could it be... The photos are of course not indicative of what the rooms are like. Dirty, old, cricky, with hidden extra costs (for a/c & a dirty kitchen). Non-existing management, only money grabbers. Too shame, the location is good and if they were professionals there could be potential..

We had one dirty blanket and just one sheet between the two of us. We had to ask for more. The kitchenette is nit equiped, we kept asking for things: knives, glasses...Apart from the beautiful calm beach, I wouldn't recommend this place.
S	Saurav Jay Chandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u just need a place to spend the night without spending much, then this place works great. Yes its not fancy but neither does it claim to be. We are in Greece for 10 days and have booked $300/night hotels as well. For our first night in Zakynthos we just needed a place to crash and that too had to make plans last minute. The staff was wonderful, arranged a Out of the world fantastic tour for us, AND held our bags till late night after checkout. Full 5 stars to the staff. Thanks so much! <3

The location of Anastasia Miramar is super nice because it is kind of at the end of the city which gives you a way more relaxed atmosphere and they have a direct beach accessibility through their own Portofino bar (which has the best cocktails on the island). The 2 sisters leading the hotel are super welcoming and always happy to help. We didnt have to pay extra for AC or the kitchen. The bar was so nice so that we sat down there every evening of our stay and we would definitely come back as the price was incredibly good :) Would definitely recommend!

The room itself does not compete with a 5 star hotel room but it does not intend to neither, as the price is much cheaper. I would recommend if one looks for a place for some nights at a reasonable price not too far from the main town, but far enough to have a calm atmosphere. It’s a good walking distance though.
