G	Gheorghe Cuc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boarding with a car was very quick, we got right away our cabin we vent to sleep when we wake up ship was at dock în Chania. We left the ship again very quick. It was so smooth comparing with train or airplane it was like you sleep home. Very clean cabin. Very professional personal on the ship. The ship is very big and fast we left Pireus 21:00 arrive in Chania 5:30.
S	Steven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misleading. Rude Staff. Bad Safety. We got a brochure and it said we could sleep in our Motorhome. Brochure attached. We booked under this impression, and when we arrived we were told no this is not possible. So instead of sleeping in a bed we slept sitting upright on a chair. Safety is not the priority either. They let people sleep outside and some are blocking emergency exits. What if someone sleep walks while sleeping next to a railing and falls overboard? I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was the worst experience in 6 months of travelling in Europe. Even the staff are untrained in basic Customer Service. You could go to your vehicle at multiple allocated times per day. I went at one of the allotted times and the staff member said and I quote "Look at the clock and look at the time allocated to go to your vehicle". It was 6:03 for a 6:00 allocated time. How about you use some basic customer service. I'm sorry sir the staff member has already left to take guests to their vehicles, are you able to wait until the next allotted time? I would be ashamed to be ANEK Lines, you guys are an embarrassment to yourselves. I would avoid any ANEK Lines boats at all costs while travelling.
M	Mehmood Ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect service, brilliant staff, best ferry in Greece, I did one terrible mistake about ticket in ship, but staff showed their kindness and calmed me , specially MARIA (ticket checker) best human being, she dealt with me in such a kind way that I’ll Never forget.I’ll choose ANEK LINE always.
I	Igor Mihajlik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experiance. Rood staff, unorganized, they mostly dont spek nothing but greek.We were late for almost 5 hours. No wifi on board. They rushed us out of the cabins more than the hour before arrival. Never again with them.

First of all they say pets are not a problem yet even though your pet is crates you are only allowed to sit in a certain area with extremely uncomfortable chairs, on a 15 hour journey it is unbearable therefore forcing you to rake out another 70 euros for a cabin. Secondly the self service restaurant is expensive and i wouldn't even bother rating the food?thirdly, the boat i took had a problem and was delayed for 3 hours upon disembarkment we were all promised a 50%discount on our next trip so upon my return i went to book and i was told that it was only for the other ship correct me if i am wrong but anek lines is anek lines the whole fleet? So i landed up paying another 150 euros for a cabin. And if you do take anek avoid the guy behind the coffee shop counter he is rude as hell amd very mean!
A	Aaron Gudenkauf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful and expedient staff. We were running late from the airport and they helped us get squared away quickly and make the ferry departure. On that note, the a la carte dining on the ferry was surprisingly excellent!
T	Tom Steiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ship "Olympic Champion" was a super great ship, with nice cabins and everything very clean. BUT, the "Superfast XI" is a nightmare! Dirty from A-Z, toilets in the cabins overflowed, also in the public toilets on the ship, toilets overflowed and it was dirty full of urine. This ship is an imposition and should be totally renovated, but also the crew should have to look better at the cleanliness! Even an old ship can be kept clean if you want to!
M	Manuel Rauch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amount of cigarette smoke inside the SuperFast Anek ship is disgusting and reminds of a smokey bar. Not sure what you're paying for here in terms of service. Masks highly recommend for the few non-smokers on board! Fly if you can!!!
