★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in my life on the ferry "Prevelis". The ferry was the dirtiest and unorganized I've ever seen, the man at the reception was rude and unpolite. The ferry was 1 hour late and then they had an issue with the boat and it took them 10 HOURS to finally figure out how to solve it, just by printing some new ticket. Never again, just avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience of my life! Our boat was leaving for Sitia for Karpathos at 10/8 09:45 and they informed us at the evening of 9/8 that it won't leave! They rescheduled for 11/8 at 14:05. It is 15:52 and we are still in Sitia!!!! We lost 2 days of our already sort holidays and stayed under the sun for our! We lost the first night at Karpathos where we had already paid a hotel and had to book a hotel at Sitia!!! And the only thing they are willing to pay is the night at Sitia!! Prevelis is the worst boat I have ever been at. I don't recommend Anek at all. Better use minoan lines to come to Crete!!

How does the tourism ministry of Greece allow such behavior?
As tourists we need to make arrangements ahead of time for reservations on stays, car rentals and other thoughts that go into planning a vacation.
Alex lines could care less. I have been at this since April.
