★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous experience with these tour operators. They provide misleading advertisements that promise you more on their tours than they actually deliver. The bus was overheated with no air conditioning. The tour guide herself was rude when asked questions and didn't provide adequate information in relation to the island of Santorini. It was rushed and to all of us it seemed like they just wanted rid of us from start to finish. This whole experience ruined our day. We will never use this company again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience: rude behavior of guides, unorganized transfers and mixing groups with different languages. And even English was rusty.
Our guide left mid-way through to conduct a private tour, leaving us with a person who only spoke French :D
Did not live up to expectations and not worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a Santorini tour from these guys and it was terrible. Chronically late (expect 1h delays), mixing different language groups and lacking basic English capabilities. Guides are also pretty bad and don’t treat guests with respect. The islands are beautiful though :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a trip to Santorini with this provider. Got guide name Sofia. The worst guide in my life: all the way tried to sold some wine, olive oil and even a restaurants - off course double priced to the same next one.
The cherry on a pie: she pointed we have to be on a spot 15-50, she left the spot 3 or 4 minutes earlier, so we haven't even seen a tail of our group. Finally we found where the bus waited from other guide. And in the end she told us that it's our problems - main group was there, so you had to be there earlier.
No respect, no professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not The best experience with two days Santorini tours.
The irritation part:
The boat took 2 1/2 hours each way. Not 1 hour and 50 minutes as sold in the description of the tour. The visit to Oia was cut to 45 minutes instead of 1 1/2 hour. We bought the extra option with the sunset at Oia. The bus was one hour late and we literally run to see the sunset (that by the way is totally over evaluated).
The good part:
The guides were very nice and informative.
The hotel was excellent.
The tour to Santorini caldera went smoothly.(
