Poor service for big money. We chose this hotel because of good ratings for a special occasion - our wedding anniversary. Since our arrival was on the day of anniversary in the evening I communicated with the hotel upfront and simply asked for a room with a nice view, not even a sea view or so. The communication was pleasant and we were promised a room with a view and an unforgettable vacation. As we arrived nobody knew a thing - neither about anniversary nor about the nice room. The check in took forever while no refreshments were offered to us. We ended up in a room facing the side wall of a neighboring building - so much to the view. Other than our “unforgettable “ anniversary experience, the hotel is fine, the food is good and the personnel in restaurant is polite, however the hotel is situated on a highway having the beach across the highway and it’s always noisy. The kids club is not very clean and it is closest to the highway. Summarizing : you could go to this hotel, but there are definitely better hotels on the island with much much better service.

Anemos Luxury Grand Resort - Such a beautiful and stunning hotel with clean, comfortable and modern rooms, an awesome pool and a sandy beach with perfect sunbeds to relax and enjoy vacation. But there is one thing we have to mention! A big THANK YOU towards the friendly and attentive staff of the hotel. You made us feel welcome and to have a great time. We thank all of you but especially the kind lady who took care of our room and the restaurant staff who made us looking forward to go to breakfast or dinner not just for the delicious food but for your cordiality. We hope to come back soon and to see each one of you again!

This hotel more than fulfilled our expectations and even exceeded them! Everything was perfect: the food is fantastic and of high quality, also the staff is very motivated, supportive and puts a smile on your face (especially Katerina and Menios brought some extra light in the morning). Moreover, the rooms are very aesthetic and modern! Since the beach is a private hotel beach, it is not too crowded and you can always get a spot. There is also the option to eat a la card at the beach restaurant, which we highly recommend - you can enjoy seafood while watching the sunset. We will definitely be back!

Great customer service and a wonderful customer experience. We visited 1st of May for a week, would recommend 2nd week in May to give the sea to warm up as we started with 2 cloudy days but having the luxury of our own private pool made up for that. The staff were outstanding from reception to waiting service to buggy drivers, all have been well versed in how to interact with guests The food was as good as it could be but perhaps a little more adventure with desserts to test the chefs skills Room was immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard, beach was very clean and the Sirocco restaurant staff were very attentive polite and organised. Particularly liked the acceptance of cats being allowed in ! Nice touch If your going to visit chania Harbour I would advise using the €3 local bus as opposed to the €55 cab fare, nonetheless less, well worth a visit even if just for the gyros ! This is an outstanding hotel and we will be be back again this year Well done all

This hotel is like heaven. We are here for 10 days and will come back for sure. Our very clean Maisonette room is spacious and we got the 6426 room at the upper part with sea view. We signed up for half board which was a full breakfast buffet in the morning and a dinner buffet in the evening. Three times we had the dinner at one of the 5 restaurants. The waiters are very attentive. Giorgos was our main waiter and he made every dinner a pleasure. People do make a difference and he is just very good. The food is delicious and the wine list offers something for every taste. We got excellent recommendations for Greek wines that do fit to the fresh seafood and amazing live cooking. The evening entertainment was a good variety of music and show. The kids liked the mini disco organized by the animation team. The animation team is doing a great job for the kids and us adults. We did nice yoga with Andreas at the beach, mini golf, went to the gym and spa. Everything was great. And when there was something to make better the front desk was always available. The pool is nice, beach towels for free as well as the beach chairs and umbrellas. If there is anything to criticize then it would be the aged gym equipment and that I found it difficult to find a nice running route near the hotel. Don't forget to rent a car to visit Chania or go to the famous Elafonissi beach. Driving is very easy here. In summary Anemos is the perfect location for a very relaxing time. It never felt crowded. We met beautiful people and are spending a great time. Ευχαριστώ ?☀️?

We stayed for a week with friends on a full board basis. Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean everywhere, housekeeping fo a phenomenal job. Had a room with a private pool which was great. Had everything in the room you could think of. Staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and helpful, particularly the restaurant staff. Food was amazing. Buffet style food can be dodgy or repetitive but not here different every meal every day. Very tasty and hot fresh local dishes.. the beach was wonderful plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, the a la carte restaurants were amazing. You can walk along the beach to georgiopolus or get a bus or taxi into the next bigger city or chania. Perfect holiday thank you so much will be back. ❤

The hotel is very nice. We got an upgrade to our room which was very nice. We didn't like the fact that there were ants in our room. The rooms are spread across the area and we had to walk quite a lot to the lobby and dining room. Note that due to Covid there are still restrictions so we couldn't enjoy the heated pool which was a shame since it wasn't warm enough for us to use the regular pool. The hotel is located near the beach which is nice, but it's far from any major town so if you want to do something other than what the hotel offers, you have to go by bus, taxi, or rent a car. The food was ok, no more than that. They also have a la cart restaurants that you need to pay for the whole meal there if you like, even if you like to replace a dinner (since you can only order half board or more) with one of them. I'm vegan and I liked the fact that Margos the chef helped me find what I can eat and also made things especially for me.

What a great holiday! The whole team is incredibly friendly and the service around the guest was always the priority. The resort was very new and always very clean and tidy. The whole team was always on duty. The food was excellent and varied. I will gladly come back again!
