★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice villa for 4 people. Lots of kitchen amenities were provided if you didn't want to eat out every day. We stayed in the villa with the L-Shape pool, which was a great size for us.
Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Wifi has been very good and hasn't dropped signal once.
It is quite a long walk to/from Agios Nikitas, down a steep hill, however not a problem if you have a car - my advice is to drive down and park on the side street you've just come down, the main road is very busy and you're unlikely to find a space.
One minor thing is that the beds are not very comfortable - very hard mattresses.
Apart from that, the villa is great - would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the spot with the great view and easy access to fantastic beaches (5 min with a car). The villa with the private pool surrounded by nature is the ultimate chill out. The service was really friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place in the woods, beautiful sea view, you can really relax with your friends or your family. Isolated but also close to beautiful beach of Agios Nikitas. The host was very friendly and helpful, definitely recommended. I can't wait to go back for my honeymoon!

Clean and spacious place with great view of the village and the Ionian Sea. The host was welcoming and shared with us lots of useful information about the area. See you next year again Dimitris !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without doubt one of my favourite spots I stayed in a long time. Upon arrival was warmly welcomed by the most welcoming host. Everything was to the highest standard and the location was just perfect!
Vey clean, with an amazing view, private pool and so quite!
Dimitris is a perfect host, very helpful, kind and always smiling.
We enjoyed our stay in Villa Athina...totally recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful spot, peaceful, isolated, but also just a few minutes away from Ayios Nikitas by car. Our villa had a fantastic view and we really appreciated the pool. Dimitris is a great host, very helpful and with the best "local" tips!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The maisonette Erato was above the town of agios nikitas. There a 4 villas on the site, all with their own small pool. Our villa looked larger than the rest. 3 minute drive to main road where you need to park to get to village, as cars are not allowed. You need transport as road is up hill narrow and winding through forest area. There are Many restaurants in the village. A lovely beach and boat trips to close by Milos beach which is a must.
The villa had 3 levels 2 bedrooms, 1 double an 2 single beds 2 bathrooms. The Mattress was not comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, lovely pool area and beautiful view. There is a car space at each villa.The villa was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. We had very enjoyable stay and I recommend.
