Accessible très facilement depuis la rue. Apartment very well furnished and with a large private balcony for those located on the floors. Quiet area near the central street and the beach. Accessible very easily from the street.
P	Peggy S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige locatie lieve eigenaren , het is daar zo schoon en alles is er, koffiezetapparaat tosti-ijzer waterkoker koelkast 2 kookplaten pannenset en noem maar op, niet gehorig en een lekkere koele tuin met leuke zitjes waar je s'morgens kan ontbijten prima vertoeven. Van mij krijgen ze een 10. Om de hoek het strand en centrum bushalte winkels. Great location dear owners, it is so clean there and everything is there, coffee maker sandwich maker kettle fridge 2 hobs cookware and you name it, noisy and a nice cool garden with nice seating areas where you can have breakfast in the morning. From me they get a 10. Around the corner the beach and downtown bus stop shops.

A disposizione di chi alloggia qui anche varie attrezzature da spiaggia come gli ombrelloni a disposizione di tutti. Grazie ancora per aver reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole....Antonella e Roberta The kindness and availability of Sergio and Effie are extraordinary .... the studios located a stone's throw from the center of Agios Nikita and its cafes .. taverns and shops where you can really buy everything. Available to those staying here also various beach equipment such as umbrellas available to all. Thanks again for making our vacation even more enjoyable .... Antonella and Roberta

I	Ivan Vukovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartments, we had just about everything we need from a holiday apartment: decent boxspring beds, a nice balcony to eat breakfast and have a drink in the evening, a small kitchen, airconditioning and good wifi. Another plus is that the rooms are relatively well insulated from noise. Staff was friendly and discrete. Parasols, books and other usefull things left behind by earlier guests are yours to use, why dont more places do this? Be prepared to give directions to tourists looking for milos beach almost daily though, many people mistake the milos studios sign for the milos beach path.

Nice and cosy edge in the garden to stay outside on warm evenings. Close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Umbrella's to take to the beach and floating matrasses.
H	Howard Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful quiet location amongst olive trees, clean, comfortable and cosy accommodation in Agios Nikitas. Good facilities that are well maintained, rooms have bathroom, small kitchen area with fridge/freezer, balcony area, air con, wifi. Owners are very friendly, helpful and attentive, and speak Italian and English. There is a very nice shaded patio area outside with tables and chairs, good for an evening drink. In less than five minutes walk you are at the lovely beach, with a good selection of tavernas, coffee shops, bars etc. We loved our stay there!
