Y	Yuri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. They pushed us very hard when we ordered so we were having a bad feeling from the beginning. We had 2 dorades, 1 „green“ salad which meant boiled zucchini (as a whole), spinach and potatoes without any herbs or sauce. We had 1 beer and 1 water and paid 70€. The dorade was not on the menu so they just put in any price they wanted. They also charged bread which we did not even order. Also they treated us like 2nd class because we didn’t order anything from the wine card. Do not recommend AT ALL!

My family and I were charged 9 euros for bread, which in all other restaurants, is free! As well as this, they sneakily added small amounts to our bill, fraud! These additions increased our bill by 15 euros! Never come to this restaurant ever again, we now realise it was empty for a reason. If you want a meal in Chania, look elsewhere.

This place charged up double the menu prices for our group, the seafood was lackluster, and the meats were all cooked to awkward levels of done. The waiters were nice, albeit frustratingly slow and not once was my singular glass of water refilled, let alone offered anything else to drink. I would say beware if you are not from the area as this place just has a predatory feel in retrospect.

They treated everyone with raki and sweets at the end except from us and it seemed clear that was not a mistake, which kept us wondering what’s wrong with us.
S	Starbucks Fan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was delivered quickly and it was good. However we did not get our water, despite asking on 2 separate occasions. Table beside us has to ask for the bill 3 times before getting it. The reason for the errors and delays was that there were only 2 waiters who were literally running back and forth from the tables to the kitchen while the owner stood in the middle of the tables, pointing and barking orders at them. Despite the understaffing, in the 45 minutes we were there, the owner did almost nothing to assist his waiters. I wouldn’t eat here again because I don’t want to give my money to someone who treats his employees so disrespectfully.
M	Marie Delph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had stopped for drinks and after a walk to the lighthouse decided to go back for dinner, the flavours were amazing, the cuttlefish in particular was absolutely outstanding. All our dishes arrived quickly and the service was impeccable. Apart from not getting the water we asked for we could not fault our dinner here.
A	Alexius K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst restaurant that we ever visited on Crete. We pass by and waiter invite us to have a meal here. He was kind, but the food is garbage. They don’t know how to cook especially meat. I ordered lamp chops and I can’t it them. They were like sheet chewing gum - you chew it forever. The meat wasn’t cooked good, it was fresh meat!!!! Even the cat, who come to us, didn’t want to eat this meat. The Greek salad was ugly, without feta cheese, but with some white cheese paste with spoiled olives. Moussaka was very dry and burn. We didn’t order the bread but they bring it to us and charged us. All furniture is old and broken. Inside is a mess, many old staff. Ugly place in good location. Even they didn’t suggest something sweet in the end that is common for Greece. Don’t recommend, avoid this place.
A	Anna C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really surprising place - in a good way :) Amazing dessert (new flavours to us) accompanied with a tasty coffee. Local beer was just a perfect closing touch of the visit in this calm place. An extra attraction were the horse carriages for tourists that have their route passing the place regularly. Nice place to stop for a rest during the day.
