Practising Yoga means to create some space of tranquility in my life, to sucrifice some time to let negative emotions move away and to let the natural physical paste of my mind and souls, emerge.
Yoga restricts the inner soull discomposure from expessing itself by bursting violently.
It offers mild body exfoilation of the tensed emaotions through focus excercise and it diverts our mind from them directing our attention to specific moves and precision positions.
The result is that anger and bitterness are mitigated,the bad mood changes,the pain and the soul uneasiness settle down.
At the end of a concentrated exercise , emotions of relief and calmness overflow the mind and soul.
The ultimate target in yoga practise is to unwine the mind from all the body constraints and to let the spirit discover the new level of conciousness.
In Vasanta Yoga studio the exercise alternate constantly, offering to its members a wide variety of practise!
Our heart is open to all the trainees, no matter their experience level to men and women , tp pregnants , to..seniors!
