Apollonion Palace - Apollonos 12

Το Ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε ιδανικό σημείο στην παλιά πόλη της Ερμούπολης. Μπορείς με τα πόδια και σε πολύ σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα να βρεθείς σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος της Ερμούπολης και παρόλα αυτά τα δωμάτια και ο δρόμος μπροστά είναι ήσυχα. Στα επιμέρους στοιχεία θα ήθελα να επισημάνω την εξαιρετική Φιλοξενία του Σπύρου και της Σοφίας όπου μας υποδέχτηκαν και μας έδωσαν κατεύθυνση ώστε να περάσουμε ακόμα πιο ευχάριστα στην διαμονή μας. Το δωμάτιο εξαιρετικό με προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια και εκπληκτική θέα στο Αιγαίο. Σίγουρα το προτείνω και η σχέση τιμής-αξίας δωματίου και εμπειρίας είναι κάτι μοναδικό. Σίγουρα θα βρεθώ πάλι εκεί.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο και πολύ ευχάριστοι άνθρωποι αυτοί που δουλεύουν στον χώρο. Επίσης έχει πολύ ωραία θέα και είναι όλα δίπλα

Great family hotel in a great location . Best choice if you visit Syros

It’s all about the view and location here. The hotel is perched on the edge of the sea offering unique views and a walk down stairs for a dip. Hotel staff are eager to help and guide should you have the need during your stay - making reservations, calling taxis, ideas for visiting other villages and beaches, for example. While the decor is dated, our room offered ample space and light. We were disappointed by a few things. We were left with a shower with sand at the bottom more than once. The shower itself is an afterthought in a corner of the bath. It was unfortunately too small for much. Elbows hit the walls and doors while showering. We were left with limited toilet paper, an unfortunate situation. We were disappointed to find the TV was not a Smart TV which prevented us from viewing the Olympics in our own language. The internet was also spotty. Perhaps being on an island has something to do with it, but the router is in the room, unsecured, and precariously plugged into the wall. It required multiple resets to get working. The outdoor patio for the guests is wonderful however we never got to use it. The limited amount of sunbeds means only some guests get access. Guests got up early and placed a towel and personal items on the beds reserving them the full day though they went mostly unused. Other guests made due with lounging on wall spaces. The location and view from this hotel are superb but the little things make it not worth the money. Should we return we’d prefer to stay in one of the neighboring properties.
