BIO Suites Hotel Rethymnon - Svaitser 13

Great hotel! Location is perfect - just 3min and you're at the beach or on the main street with all bars and restaurants. 15min on foot to reach the old town. Rooms are well equiped (we had a mini kitchen with all needed utensils) and very clean. Pool is great too! Breakfast was great - there's a lot of options even for the pickiest ones. Dinner however where mostly bland, so we went outside to eat. Nevetheless a great stay at Rethymno!

Just returned from a 7 days stay in Bio Suits Hotel and it was amazing. The apartment was super clean with all the necessary accomodations you can think of. Great food, amazing wine, beautiful pool, exciting live evening shows and most of all great and gracious staff. I absolutely loved it!

it was a perfect stay, a great value for the money. the size of the room is quite big. there was also a welcome gift: some fruits and 2 bottles of wine, you see that often in the hotel's advertised pictures but never offered in the room. this was not the case, it really showed this is a high class 4 stars hotel. we received an umbrella, we bring it back to the reception in 2 pieces and the guy said it can happen, although we offered to pay it. this is what I call great customer service. Although between 9 and 10 the breakfast area was very crowded, the personnel was very well trained to allocate the tables and we see no disruption or waiting queue ( the hotel was full). congrats to the management, they do a great job.

I would have given this hotel a higher rating but my sister and I both had terrifying experiences here (in separate rooms on separate floors) where the maintenance man let himself into our rooms without giving us any notice while we were unaccompanied by our partners. Even though I had locked the door from the inside & put the do-not-disturb sign on. I was undressed & got a big fright. However, my fiancé & I have been here twice & the staff were very friendly (we even got an upgrade on our rooms), the pool is beautiful & the hotel is lively. Nick & the Band were great on the Saturday night. The food is okay. Big buffet for breakfast. Cocktails are good. And the rooms are lovely, very comfy beds.

Comfortable, clean room. Excellent service. In a great location near the beach and an easy walk to the old town.

The facilities were great. You can read the other reviews about how great it is. There are a few things I thought that can be improved. I stayed at other hotels on the island that offered the same amenities so I am comparing them to this hotel. The saunas should be for free and there should be more lights in the sauna. Almost burn myself in the dry sauna because I couldn't see. The children activities or animation program should be widely advertised throughout the hotel and the program list shouldn't be just at the bar. I had children and was not at the bar at all. I spotted the program on my way out from dinner. The girls running the program were very nice. The children playground could be better. The swing should be bolted to the ground. My 5 yrs old was rocking the whole playset while swinging on it. Which it is scary. The food could be better. I thought it was nice that breakfast and dinner were complimentary. The beach chairs should be complimentary and not cost money to use. The pool should close later if possible. 18:00 is too early for the pool to close. There should be hotel parking. I had to drive around the hotel to look for parking couple blocks away. Other than that, it is a great hotel. The staffs were nice and accommodating. The facilities were new and modern. The layout is amazing. The pool is phenomenal at night time. The pool view rooms were the best room. It is walking distance to downtown and the fortress.

I loved everything about this hotel. The service, the staff, the rooms, all excellent. We had 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms and the showers in them was fantastic. 1 walk in shower with big rain shower head and another roomy shower with rain shower head. All the areas of the hotel was absolutely spotless. We went bed and breakfast. The breakfast was lovely. Always fresh and the chefs bringing out new trays of food, quickly replenishing. Even though it was busy the staff always got us a table swiftly and efficiently. The area was great. Nice and quiet at the hotel. Quick walk to the beach which was fab. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Locals was friendly. Would return in a heart beat!
