★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and supportive staff. Straight-forward and client-oriented rental process (not so much paperwork). People spent time to explain handling of scooter. Rules and prices are transparent. We returned scooter 10min to late and received no penalty. We would recommend this office!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed! I booked a car 1 month in advance, filling in my payment card details. I received a confirmation email for the booking (attached - it clearly states THANK YOU FOR YOUR BOOKING). When I arrived at the airport, I was told that I didn’t book, I just submitted a request (request with card details and with no further communication from their side) and there was no car available for me. Finally I stayed in the island without a car which makes moving very difficult. They totally destroyed my holidays!!! Terrible costumer service and experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The email stating “Thank you for your booking! Here are your booking details” is not a booking confirmation according to this company. It is a request, to which they never reply with another email or call, I should guess it’s a request and reach to them to secure a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally booked through Enterprise who gave me nothing but problems when I arrived with a time sensitive hotel check-in on the back of my mind. So I walked up the street to Greenways, talked to the owner, and he got me wheels in a pinch and I was on my way. Maybe a little pricier than I wouldve liked but I got a great new car, automatic trans, and received immediate peace of mind. For that I pay extra every time. Great service and this was at 10 pm at night with zero reservation. Much appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the Greenways guy! The jeep was rough and ready, but we were warned, and had so much fun in it. Next car we had was clean and tidy and modern. Great advice on where to go and how to get there... just watch out for the Cretan roads. Do as the Greeks do and you’ll be fine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No better way to explore Crete than to hire a car. The staff at Greenways were incredibly helpful throughout and made the whole process of renting abroad simple and jargon-free, which is always welcome when hiring a car in a foreign country. One fixed price for the rental including insurance etc., they have branches throughout so are always on hand should you need any help. No wonder the big companies have struggled to monopolize the market when you have great local places like this.
