Ask the Kay from the guard to enter the small church of Saint George, the place needs some informative signs and restoration

No signage explanation at all!! Fortunately one can infer better than at Phaistos. Calm and beautiful. The works done by archeologists in the 50’s using concrete were common mistakes. The guy at the entrance was utterly unpleasant. Complaining about us daring to ask for senior discounts that are not posted but actually available; and then returning to torpor with the staff. Big mistake. Seniors have time to complain. Please note that there is no toilet currently although they had them 3500 years ago.

It was a nice, small site, and it was interesting to be able to roam around and go inside almost all of the rooms. But there were no information signs explaining things. The little church is very picturesque.

A very beautiful Minoan place (palace, maybe kings Radamanthys villa), not so advertised as knossos and faistos (these are kind of monasteries, religious centres) but has nothing to jealous of them even if its smaller. Worths attention and visit.

Huge archaeological site. No explanations or pictures/reconstructions anywhere. A lot of the buildings are self-explanatory, some aren't. The old church is very impressive and beautiful in its own way. The entrance is on the left side of the "parking lot" down the stairs. The entrance fee is four Euros for adults and it's worth every cent.

Quiet, extensive, impressive. No facilities, but if you love wandering through ancient sites you are in for a treat. Enjoy.

Interesting site with lovely views. Small entry charge, no loos or shop. Bring water. Loved that the original drainage chanel is still being used with a bit of metal added! Do follow the signs for Phaistos and then take the turn for Agia Triada. Otherwise you may find yourself on a pretty awful road.
