Seaside Studios - KALO LIVADI BEACH

This was my favorite beach on Mykonos! The sand was soft, the water was clear and beautiful, and there was plenty of places to lay my towel down. It was quiet and peaceful unlike many of the other commercialized beaches on the island. The beach also didn't require lots of driving over narrow windy roads compared to some of the other beaches. I would recommend this beach to anyone!

If you are looking to get away from the crowds this is the beach for you. This could be one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The water is crystal clear, the sand is great, and you wade very far out into the water. There wasn’t anything set up when I was there so it was free and empty but great. It is quite the drive from town but there is free parking.

Great little shabby chic studios featuring kitchenettes overlooking the sea in relaxing Kalo Livadi Beach. Antonis is a great dude who takes pride in making your stay stress-free. Found this place on Airbnb and it was exactly what I was looking for. Breakfast on the back deck while staring at the sea was sublime. Could spend months here. Loved it.

Nice quiet area of Mykonos, lovely view of the beach from your doorstep. Antoni is such a lovely host, very helpful with everything from places to visit/eat and just general knowledge of the area. Room was cleaned everyday and stocked up well with towels and bedding. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone from friends to couples.

Had the most relaxing stay here. Place is clean and spacious. Walking distance (2 minutes max) to the beautiful Kalo Livadi beach. But what makes this place so awesome is the hospitality of Antonis, who goes above and beyond to make sure his guests feel welcome. Can't thank him enough for his help and recommendations during my stay. Definitely going back if I have the chance.

We had a truly wonderful weeks holiday at Seaside Studios. The location and view are amazing and you are just a few steps from one of the best (some people say THE best) beaches on Mykonos. There are so many great things to say about this place but the outstanding things must be : - first, the location, those views and just steps from the beach ! - second, the lovely, professional and friendly service that Antonis provides to his guests. He really does go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued as a guest here, he is so helpful and makes such a positive impact on your experience here (without being overbearing or in any way intrusive). And there are so many small additional things that add up to make a big difference to your stay. - third, the rooms, all of which have a wide open sea view and large sea facing terrace with big comfortable sunloungers, you literally couldn't ask for better in my opinion. We also visited some other beaches to give us an overview of the island but I have to say that Kalo Livadi was by far our favourite with plenty of golden sandy space for everyone. Its definitely one of the quieter beaches on the island, which for us was perfect because we wanted relaxation and sunshine. Well done Antonis for creating such a lovely place. It really exceeded our expectations, highly recommended !

A great place. The whole hotel is probably 10 rooms with separate access from a nicely decorated yard. I recommend this place to relax. We were the whole family in 4 people. A beautiful beach just 100m from the rooms, a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, 2 deckchairs per room and a table. Rooms and bathroom were cleaned daily. A small jacuzzi next to a few rooms (but I think other rooms can use them too). The terrace is shared by the rooms, which makes it nice to go with several families (each has its own room and meets on the terrace). We were at the beginning of June which made the beaches calm and it was wonderful. It is worth renting a car, then the whole island is at your fingertips. The owner Antonis was available almost all the time and very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by him at the end of our stay. I would like to add that the rooms have WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

Well what can I say, the studios, the view, the host. 5 stars all round. The photographs on the internet doesn't do this place justice. It is stunning and the view from the terrace is directly of the sea. You have your own little space outside which is a bonus if you wanted to chill rather than go to the beach, the only down side is that there is no supermarket within walking distance so you need to eat at the beach side restaurants, order takeaway or hire transport to get around. The host Antonis was amazing during my stay. After my husband's flight was cancelled 2 days in a row he had to return home, which meant that I had a holiday for one. Antonia made sure I was ok, he reccomeded places to visit, and places to eat. If it wasn't for his friendly smile and little chats I would have felt isolated. Thank you again Antonis. You have a great place in Mykonos and hospitality that makes everyone feel welcome. Wish you all the best. Hopefully next time I return it will be with my husband.
