J	Joshua Bucur-Popa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has clean, spacious and air-conditioned rooms with balconies. The restaurant food was good (served in buffet.) The beach was pretty crowded considering it is only currently operating at 50% of it's full capacity (as of August 5th when I am writing this.) All in all, I had a great experience except for the lack of schedule when it came to the cleaning staff.
A	Angeliki Tsanta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with spacious rooms, amazing views and good amenities. + Large rooms, rennovated bathrooms, spacious terraces. + Nice, quite big, beach. Some pebbles, but nothing troublesome. Large clean pool. + Both beach and pool bar offer complementary soft drinks, coffee and cocktails with the all inclusive package. + The restaurant has good food and a large selection throughout the day. - There's not a lot of parking space for visitors. - The phone in the room was not working so it was hard to contact reception. - For some reason, one of the beds in the room had the worst mattress I've ever slept on; you could feel the springs just by touching it. Also worth mentioning that this hotel is not the best choice for those with limited mobility, as the hotel is build on a hill and the walk from the rooms to the restaurant/pool/beach can be quite steep.

I paid for all inclusive, but couldn't use anything which include "all inclusive", practically "nothing all inclusive"- money back not guaranty for that situation. I expected much more from the 4 stars hotel&spa. Greece hospitality isn't simply enough for 4 stars.
K	Kalina Atanasova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a beautiful, spacious garden with many shady palm trees. Rooms are large and comfortable with unique view of Ammouliani Island. Tip for a room is to take the first or second floor, because at level zero there is almost no visibility to the sea. The staff is friendly and diligent. There were several problems - insufficient staff, lack of nets on the terraces, food was not varied, especially at breakfast and also salads and fruit were not many. I was expecting more than a 4 star hotel and restaurant. The tables stood unoccupied for a long time and people had nowhere to sit. Queues of 20-30 people formed for food, unacceptable. The drinks are very thin and when they ran out of machines there was no one to load. There was no animation for children and adults, which we were not informed about from the hotel's website. There was no transportation to Ouranopolis. Umbrellas on the beach are not enough for all guests. There was also no music at the bar or in the restaurant and there was no atmosphere. The pool is too deep, even for adults. I don't think this is the best year for the hotel, but still the place is very, very beautiful and worth a visit. Take a boat to Mount Athos and a ferry to Ammouliani for sure!

W	William Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hot water for 2 nights ,toilet dose not flush fridge doesn't work told reception every day for 3 days and nothing gets sorted ,and the water supply is hit and miss .staff are great the shower could do with a clean as you can see from the pictures food is basic not much choice, be careful with the electrics in the lift ..the sprinklers work fine in the grounds so the water should work in the apartment

Staff are extra helpful and supremely polite. Private beach with plenty of sunbeds and beach bar. Large pool with pool bar. Food is excellent. 40 minutes walk from Ouranoupoli or 5 minute taxi ride.

The staff were amazing with their morning aqua-fit and their own little theme song which, by the end of the holiday, me and my partner knew all the lyrics of. Staff were good, food was typical of your all inclusive. Our room was clean and tidy! Would visit again
