Excellent, kind and very professional staff. Amazing food and great hospitality. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next trips in Corfu. I would like to thank all the Ariti Hotel team for their great job , care and hospitality to their clients.

I am on the fence about this review. The staff were all excellent and the location was great. The room, however, was of great disappointment. It might have been a 4* hotel maybe 20+ years ago but it definitely isn't anymore. The rooms are outdated with broken furniture. The curtains were moldy at the bottom and the bathroom was a nightmare. It was way too small and could use some renovating very soon. I mentioned I was a special needs person when it came to access to the bathtub (I needed a shower) as well as proximity of the room to all amenities and was told that all the rooms have tubs and that the room was somewhere in the middle of the specific floor so our walk wouldn't be long to get to it. It ended up being on the other side of the hotel at the very end of the hallway. I'm sure that an alternate room could have been offered that was of closer access, however, it was not. We had All-Inclusive but that wasn't all that great either. the selection was sparse and most of the food was bland. The island's airport is very close by making the noise quite loud at times but it was nice to look at planes land and take off from the hotel bar. The swimming pool area was also ok. Again not a 4*. If it undergoes some major renovation it has potential.

Everything is perfect so far. The staff, from the front office to the restaurant are all eager to assist you and also going for the extra mile to make us feel at home.

Congratulations to Ariti Grand Hotel Corfu where i stayed in September 2021.It is an AMAZING and EXCELLENT hotel. The staff is superior , very friendly, deeply and sincerely kind, original and beautiful people perfectly representing the Greek hospitality. The members of the staff show great care and interest for the clients and they respect their posts. The hotel is very clean with excellent beds, sheets and covers. The food is excellent , excellent , excellent!!! You can find a large variety of freshly cooked food that impresses and fully satisfies even the most demanding client. Excellent location and although it is close to the airport we didn't got bothered at all from any noise coming from the airplanes. Right outside the entrance of the hotel there is a bus stop that you can easily move to Corfu town. Although we usually stay in 5 star hotels , I will definitely prefer Ariti Grand Hotel for my next trips to Corfu because they offer you a warm mood, great hospitality and all the members of the staff make you feel like home. Ariti Grand Hotel keep going like this! For me , you deserve more than 4 stars!

The very best of this hotel were its staff members, from the receptionists to the staff in the restaurant to the cleaning staff. All incredibly helpful, nice, friendly and generous. I spent some 10 days here and in the end I almost felt like they knew me and were family. They also provided me with gluten free options for every breakfast, cause I cannot eat it. Only minor things is that the noise from the airport is really loud, but that is unavoidable at this location (I could nevertheless sleep at night with the windows closed). Room was always clean and very spacious. Internet super fast. We rented a scooter next to the hotel for very cheap price and went around with it quite easily, also to the west coast of the island. Food in the restaurant was ok, but in accordance to what I payed per night, definitely reasonable. Overall, I would certainly come back.

Why would you have a kettle and cups but no tea coffee or suger in the rooms.. When asked for some the answer was you have to collect drinks from downstairs! Yet it took a member of staff quite a while to find a single tea bag.

Great place the pool bar staff are very helpful. The rooms could do with updating and the air con was ok but could be abit better. In general I would stay here again its lovely a hotel.

I'm writing this as I spend my last night sat outside enjoying the quiet. This hotel is brilliant and when in the season to have its pool I'm sure it's even better. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and more than happy to do anything for you. The location of the hotel if facing the pool is breathtaking throughout anytime of the day, and in great view of the air strip of the airport. Special shout out goes to the bar man who is kind, warm and happy to talk and help anyone. I have 1 small criticism but it by no means reflects on the staff or the place. I think guests should have a warning if there are school groups attending. Being teenagers and on a trip abroad I can understand the noise to which I knew happily if I had any issues I could call to reception to deal with it. Thank you for a lovely trip
