L	Liz White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful little church, at the Elounda end of the Kalydon peninsula. To get to it, head over the causeway from Elounda, and turn right at the second windmill. Pass through the Kanali taverna, and take a path through a field on the left, at the end of the "car park". Lovely sea views on three sides, and well worth the walk. You can see the remains of an early Christian basilica, at the same time. Unfortunately, the church was closed when I visited (Thurs afternoon in October)
