★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food from Mike, his Mama and Papa and the rest of his family. Good value and if you are lucky you may get some special little treats from the kitchen. Live Cretan music on Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays. Put it on your list to visit if you are staying in Gouves.
Mike is an great host who really makes an effort to make everyone feel welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place in Gouves! Trust me, we visited a lot of restaurant and this was the best. The owner was ever so friendly and helpful. Each time we visited he gave us something new and authentic to try on the house! Look at other reviews here and TripAdvisor. People all love this place and I'd recommend anyone to try some food here. The only downside is that the place opens at 1pm so you can only go there for lunch or dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming and friendly staff. Food was good. Even got a complimentary plate (the photo with bread and the other things). A very good bonus was the southern wind that cooled us pleasantly.
Update: Forgot to mention - we complimented the bread - and the waiter brought us a whole loaf to take away with us! Amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been nearly every night of our holiday and it has been fantastic!! the live night is very busy and fun!!
The service is amazing!! Food is delicious. Mike the front of house man, introduced himself and was very friendly, telling us how his family run business is important to him and his family! Mike does everything from serving to entertainment on the music night everyone was seen to and the entertainment was brilliant getting people up and dancing, having a really good time. Everyone has a big smile and a loving atmosphere!

The food was perfect, the best I have eaten lately. Mom is the cook and where should it taste better?!
In the evening there was live music and we learned to dance Greek. Everyone is very warm and friendly. Anyone who is in Gouves should definitely try it, you will not regret it.
