★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The hotel is very close to the airport and ideal for an early departure or a late arrival. The immediate area is genuinely Greek and not touristic. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The breakfast, though basic, was excellent. We hope to stay here again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Wonderful host. The hotel manager is kind and welcoming. I arrived quite late after missing my flight home so it was nice to be greeted by a friendly face. There is a supply of face masks for guests. The room was basic but had everything I needed. Shower with hot water. Tv, comfy bed. I lost my travel plug and the lent me one. The highlight for me was breakfast. There was a huge variety, continental breakfast with bread, fresh pastries, fruit, eggs, ham, cheese, boiled egg and a selection of hot and cold drinks. Also this hotel is within walking distance to the airport. The walk is around 20 minutes. Cab is 10euro from the airport.. Negative: Definately a 2 star. The hotel is quite dated and old fashioned. The aircon unit was old and probably needed replacing. Hotel in general could probably to with a facelift to unlock the potential. I also thought the room was over priced for 1 night..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a good hotel, although for covering your basic needs, the rooms and the rest of the hotel was renovated and clean, and it's not very far from the center of the city about 15 minutes walk.

Pro: Near Airport (walkable distance), AC,
Con:
- Dirty
- Owner/Receptionist gave me keys to an already occupied room. Imagine the freakout if the guest was female and just came out of the shower. Unacceptable. Got another room
- Wifi barely working, dont bet on it
Wouldnt sleep here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hospitable reception staff, let us check in early. The room was clean and comfortable (loved the pillows!) and many eateries nearby. Chose location because its walking fistance to the airport but the Fownhope side of that of course is the noise of aircraft.
