N	Noemí Pérez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. They messed up our booking and blamed on us, they even told us to go away and sleep somewhere else. They were really rude for a hotel that is not that valuable. The WiFi didn’t reach our room. The shower is small and pretty uncomfortable, as well as the beds. The airport is close to the hotel, so it is quite noisy. The doors are closed at night, so you have to bear that in mind if you go out for dinner. Wouldn’t recommend it.

When we wanted to go out to eat after 4 hours, the receptionist changed and asked us for the key to the room, we didn't want to give it away, because our belongings were inside, she later treated us as if we had arrived a long time ago and asked for an additional fee, although it's been four hours since we arrived at 6 am. We will go out in support, without even wanting to listen to us, he started shouting and acting very rudely, my little son was very scared and cried, we had to leave the hotel even though we paid for it.
A	AL S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at the reception and the lady who attended us was nice. When we entered the room it was quite smelly and not very clean, although the beds seemed quite comfy. But oh my, what we found out when we were about to sleep is that one of them was super dented and we could feel the iron springs below the mattress. We could barely rest. We had arrived that same day from Kissamos and payed the same amount for an incredible room, so we were shocked that it cost the same amount with these bad conditions. The only thing that paid off is that the hotel is very near the Port.

I am happy that was just one night. The place was quiet after 11pm. The benefit was the location just a few minutes walk from the port...
j	just v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located pretty close to the port but a bit far from the city center.the room was clean.the shower was the smallest shower i ever saw in my life and showering was incomfortable.the cleaning ladies would knock on my door and wake me up quite often.i wish there would be a do not disturb sign so they wouldn't bother knocking and entering the room if you want to sleep longer.the people spoke mainly greek so communication was kind of difficult.not a place i would reccomend for holiday stay ,but a place i would use for easy access to the port and airport.
