El lugar era muy práctico por su ubicación central, esta todo cerca cerca y se podía recorrer a pie, era acogedor y estaba en su mayoría limpio. Una buena opción para hospedarse en Heraclion ☺️

Sehr geräumiges Apartment in der ersten Etage. Schönes Badezimmer, einzig die provisorische Befestigung der Klobrille störte mich dann doch. Prima Lage in der Nähe des Hafens (wenige Gehminuten hügelabwärts) und auch ins Zentrum ist es nicht weit.

Pratique et pas cher pour être proche de l aeroport d heraklion. Mais l'hygiène très douteuse à la vu de la cuvette des toilettes ( tache d'urine ), et le compagnon non invité à 2h30 du matin dans la cuisine ( beau cafard d environ 5cm). Sinon pour la réservation,avoir les clés etc... c'était bien organisé.

Very nice place and good price

Slightly discreet location. Spacious enough for a family of 4 with kids. Had most if not everything that one needs. We stayed just for a night but it's worth spending more time in it as it is very close to the centre. Close to all amenities.

Not Central, Not Luxury and Unsafe.. —— Upon arrival we noticed that the Terrace door doesn't lock. We contacted the host and he said indeed it doesn't lock, they said to not leave any valuable belongings inside the apartment when leaving. Since we had a 7 day stay we asked if it was possible to fix the lock and their answer was: NO, nobody had been got robbed yet so nothing will happen, (we had in the apartment about 5-10k worth of electronic equipment). 6 months ago we were robbed on a first floor appartment like this for a few thousand dollars. We asked in this case if it was possible to have a refund for the remaining days since the appartment was unsafe for us and our valuables, they told us NO. Security is essential when you pay for something, if there is no security i would never pay anything, there is no way this deserves more than 1/10. At this point we were really unhappy and asked how we could turn hot water on because following the instructions in the booklet it didn't work, they never answered our messages. Booking didn't help at all even thought we asked for a extremely cheap solution, they said the host won't do anything, not even fix the lock. We contacted them many times and they couldn't help us. Won't use Booking anymore.

Check-in was easy/ straightforward (lockbox) and the apartment was spacious/ decently furnished. However, we were greeted by a (massive) cockroach sitting on the kitchen counter top (that scurried away behind the microwave when we tried to swat it, i.e. no chance of getting it...). So we decided to make a run for it and checked into a hotel close to the airport that I had previously stayed in... as we all know, where there is one roach, there are others... The name of the property is a bit misleading, the location didn't seem particularly central to me (it was a residential area, no cafés, restaurants, shops, etc. nearby). Since we didn't stay, we didn't explore the area, but we drove through and I was a bit surprised that it didn't seem to be in a central location at all. Lastly, the apartment smelled like stale smoke (which clearly was the least of our problems...). Just another minus point to mention...So, no, unless they invest in pest control, I won't be visiting this place again....
