B	Bailey Showalter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, pretty bad. My girlfriend and I checked into the very hot lobby (no ac when it’s 90F outside). We were given a room with two twin beds and asked if we could switch to a room with one single double sized bed (which was the same cost online). The man at check in said that this would cost more as those rooms were for 4 people. This hotel is pretty much empty so it seems crazy that they wouldn’t have a room for a couple as advertised online. Not necessarily homophobic but definitely weird. Next up, the room was literally 84F when we got to it. We’ve had the ac on blast for an hour and it’s still hot. To top things off the fridge wasn’t plugged in so it’s not cold at all - so much for our leftovers - and drum roll the beds weren’t even made. Seems like a joke. Oh well, at least it’s inexpensive.

Although is located close to the port, is in an area in the middle of nowhere so you need to walk 20 minutes to arrive somewhere interesting. 2. The bed mattress is very regular, the pillows are very uncomfortable. 3. If you open completely the shower, all bathroom is wet including the toilet. 4. The noise is TERRIBLE at night, since there is an energy or air conditioner external machine sounding all night, plus the noise at the lobby area. 5. We arranged our breakfast at 7am because needed to leave early but they where not on time. 6. The room is very small. The only good thing was the attitude of the girl at the lobby. Price is OK but it worth to pay more for a better experience and close to the city attractions.
L	Lars Pleye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect Hotel. We stayed here just for one night before our early flight back home from Heraklion Airport. It is just 5min with a taxi away. The staff was kind and professional; the room clean, spacious and brand new. All in all we would come back again. Maybe for some days to see Iraklion and then driving further around Crete. The only thing is that you can hear the flights landing. But if you stay direct to the airport this is normal ;) It was no problem for us.

Clean rooms with all facilities needed including tea and coffee. Helpful, friendly staff. Free maps. All at a great price.

The first night on our way into Crete we stayed in a tiny room for a family of 4. I requested a larger room at the end of we stayed again on our way out of Crete and got a brand new two story room that was way better. Ask for room 18.
