★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot think of a more peaceful, and pretty church/monastery, anywhere. A glimpse of what life off the grid must be like. If you haven't been, possibly the one place everyone I have ever sent always raves about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was built in the 10th century AD and is about 3.5 km from the monastery of Kaisariani. The whole area is very beautiful and is recommended for hiking. It belongs to the Petraki monastery and unfortunately most of the time it is closed. It is surrounded by high walls.
