The driver was his son Vangelis, a very good driver who gave us a save feeling all the time when he drove. We went to Zaros and Amari, south of Oros Idi. We visites 2 little churches and Vangelis had the splendid idee to visit Moni Arkadiou, a beautiful monasterie. We had a marvelous day with Astir rent a car and I will recommend the business everywhere. Thanks to George and Vangelis, till the next time. Stanislaw Piszko.

From Annissaras, we took several trips (including a three hours trip to Elafonissi) around Crete with 0 issues ! He was also our tour-guide and showed us very nice spots to visit !

But we got a Nissan Micra with more then 100000 miles and at least 13 years old. Painted by hand.... Paint drips and bumps all over the car. Shock absorbers were bad. Police turned us over and could not believe this was a rental car! only 3 stars because of the misleading advertisement. Nice owner. I will not go here again.

She even insisted on driving us to the airport free of charge after we returned the car to their Heraklion office and were planning to get there by bus! They will definitely always be our first choice for car rental while in Crete - hopefully soon again. Our warm thanks to them!
