Essendo una via a senso unico non è detto che le macchine siano già pronto all'uso li davanti, ma è molto probabile che bisogna andare a piedi a recuperarla (10min). Durante il periodo di noleggio, la macchina non mi ha dato nessuno problema. Quando è arrivato il giorno della consegna, ho parcheggiato fortunatamente davanti l'agenzia ma purtroppo non c'era nessuno ad accogliermi (ore 11:30) quindi ho dovuto chiamare per chiedere chiarimenti. Mi è stato detto di portare la macchina nel parcheggio giù al porto, detto fatto, arrivato nel parcheggio, mi era stato detto che per parcheggiare avrei dovuto pagare, chiamo nuovamente e faccio presente che è assurdo dover pagare il parcheggio per consegnare una macchina, dopo aver insistito, abbiamo concordato un punto di ritrovo per consegnargli di persona la macchina, morale: tempo di consegna 1h e poca professionalità. Une fois sur place on me demande soit disant la somme de 100€ pour une assurance fictive alors que j’étais déjà assurée et que sinon je devais tout annuler. A la suite de ça, lors du contrôle de la voiture je refuse de signer car il ne note aucun défaut, il a donc imiter ma signature avant de me lancer les papiers. C’est juste inadmissible ! A la restitution, il souhaitais me faire payer des défauts alors que j’avais pris une vidéo. Je lui ai dis de me ramener immédiatement à l’aéroport avant que j’appelle la police pour usurpation d’identité. Ne LOUER pas dans cette agence !

Car we hired didn’t exist, charged us for the only other car they had which was of course more expensive, air con didn’t work on 35 degree heat, the car broke down and we never got the car back, we had to hire another car and then they refused to give us our money back for the week @ 800 euros! We will be taking legal action once home and will ensure we raise awareness to as many people back home including Holiday Autos to strike them from their website!!!!Oh and the paperwork they give you is false as they now tell us we didn’t have full car insurance, when we took the car we were given Greek paperwork and told we had full cover!!! Disgraceful human beings who have taken our hard earned cash!!!

They are thieves. Took extras upon extras and then fraudulently claimed our all inclusive insurance does not cover a scratch and then threatened to call the police to pressure us before our flight with 3 young children. Lied and abused. Took hundreds of dollars from us. Very nasty people. Were not there for pickup. Made us pay more for a bigger car because they didn't have the small one we ordered (a lie). Horrible painful experience.

In addition, the charge was not described in the cost for damages table we signed and the agent couldn't explain it properly. So if you ever decide to go with this company : take very detailed pictures of the complete car when you take it and don't be fooled by the agent who wants to rush the car check.
