I had a battery problem with one of my scooters that I rented, and I called them while I was at the park to get some help to resolve the issue, but it didn’t really fix it. So they told me to come back to give me another scooter, and they ended up giving me a even better scooter without paying more, and gave me more time on my rental. One of the guys showed me how to use all the features of the rental scooter which was really great! Will come back again!!!
