They were kind and helpful. The welcome drink and breakfast were delicious! View from the rooftop was nice. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a great experience! :)

And this 20% offer is only for the public to see on google. I paid 296 Euros for 20% discount on my next stay and a very disrespectful treatment from the reception team. With all do respect everyone here’s a photo of the charged amount from the hotel without checking in and very disrespectful treatment privately. I hope this comment helps everyone finds this review helpful to understand the reality of the hotel customer service. Thank you utopia ermou team for the 20% discount on my next stay that I paid 296 euros for without checking in the hotel. With all do respect I would never in my life think of coming to your hotel. Very poor customer service, lady receptionist very disrespectful hang the phone on me twice while I’m talking. Wouldn’t recommend it for the loved once. With all do respect to the hotel, nothing personal.

N	Nik Gyde. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting for a bit as the receptionist was extremely patient with a customer who was making no sense whatsoever we were given a suite which was fantastic. Lovely friendly place to stay, rooms quiet and spacious. Great facilities, highly recommended.
b	bassem mneimne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going up for the rooftop if you are a guest of the hotel is not allowed if you will not order anything. The hotel is marketed as having a nice rooftop, but in actuality these are two separate businesses and sometimes you will find tables reserved. They are separate businesses. Even if you are going for a 3 min cigarette, even this it is not allowed. The staff can be very rude about it and it would be nice to have some sort of a privilege to have the freedom to go up stairs for a cigarette if you are staying in the hotel.
K	Kate Hibbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel in a fab location within easy walking distance of the Acropolis and Sygmanta Square. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had the most amazing view of the Acropolis. Slight niggle that there wasn't as much choice for breakfast the later you went down. If breakfast is served until 10.30 am, the same needs to be available at 10 am than 8 am.
