e	eleni zaxa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πολιτική της εταιρείας σχετικά με τις αλλαγές των ρούχων επιεικώς απαράδεκτη!Συγκεκριμένα αγόρασα παραμονές Χριστουγέννων μια μπλούζα για δώρο με την προϋπόθεση ότι μπορω να την αλλάξω με την κάρτα αλλαγής ,όπως γίνεται σε όλα πλέον τα καταστήματα..Όταν πήγα να κάνω αλλαγή όμως δε μου την άλλαξαν με τη τιμή αγοράς της αλλά με τη τιμή έκπτωσης!!!!!!Δηλαδή με το έτσι θέλω μου αφαίρεσαν από το πορτοφόλι χρήματα που ήδη είχα δώσει!! Αυτό δε συμβαίνει πουθενά στο πολιτισμένο κόσμο!Απαράδεκτοι!Δε πρόκειται να ψωνίσω ποτέ πια απο την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία!!!!! The company's policy on change of clothes is indulgently unacceptable! Specifically, I bought a T-shirt on Christmas Eve as a gift on the condition that I can change it with the change card, as is done in all stores now..When I went to make a change, however, they did not change it with the purchase price but with the discount price !!!!!! That is, with the way I want, they took money from my wallet that I had already given !! This does not happen anywhere in the civilized world! Unacceptable! I will never buy from this company again !!!!!
M	Marie Vlmt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακάρι να είχα τη δυνατότητα να μη βάλω ούτε ένα αστέρι. Οι κοπέλες στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα είναι γεμάτες με ειρωνεία και νομίζουν ότι τα ξέρουν όλα. Εκαναν κάτι το οποίο δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου: ήμουν με δύο φίλες μου και μπήκαμε και οι τρεις στο μαγαζί. Οι φίλες μου μπήκαν απλά για να μου πουν την γνώμη τους για το τάδε ρούχο. Μας πλησίασε μία κοπέλα που δουλεύει και τους είπε με ειρωνεία ότι πρέπει να βγουν από το μαγαζί εφόσον δεν θα ψωνίσουν (γιατί ήταν μία γυναίκα έξω και περίμενε να μπει μέσα στο μαγαζί - Covid). Δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου αυτή η συμπεριφορά! Κάπως έτσι χάνεις τους πελάτες! Εννοείται δεν θα ξαναπάω στο συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί. Όχι τίποτε άλλο, αλλά, τα ρούχα τους είναι πανάκριβα ακόμα και αν έχουν εκπτώσεις. Χίλιες φορές να πάρεις από το SHIEN παρά από εκεί. Επιπλέον θεωρώ ότι τα ρούχα που έχουν απευθύνονται σε ηλικίες 50 ετών και άνω. Δεν είναι καθόλου νεανικά, ίσα-ίσα που τα συγκεκριμένα ρούχα μεγαλώνουν την ηλικία. I wish I had the opportunity not to put a single star. The girls in this store are full of irony and think they know everything. They did something I did not like at all: I was with two friends and the three of us entered the store. My friends came in just to tell me their opinion about this or that outfit. A working girl approached us and told them ironically that they should leave the store if they would not go shopping (because she was a woman outside and waiting to enter the store - Covid). I did not like this behavior at all! Somehow you lose customers! Of course I will not go to this store again. Nothing else, but, their clothes are very expensive even if they have discounts. A thousand times to take from SHIEN than from there. In addition, I consider that the clothes they have are aimed at people aged 50 and over. They are not at all youthful, just as these clothes grow older.
