Very good hotel: excellent service, cleaning every day, unobtrusive staff and very tasty food. Recommend!

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The food was excellent and there was a wide variety to choose from. The hotel itself was well maintained and very clean. The staff were always very polite and worked hard. We particularly enjoyed the aqua park which brought a lot of fun to our stay. I'd like to thank all the staff for working hard to make our holiday one to remember!

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks in May'22. Rooms are comfortable, well airconditioned. Hotel is clean, Staff helpfull and kind. Everyone communicate well in English. Live entertaitment in "Europa" lobby bar very impresive. Staff service in lobby bar - professional, gentle and kind - recomend Giorgios especially. In the area around beach is beatifu,l large, sunbeds enough for everyone ( for Free ) Close to the beach nice 2 bars, inside 3 restaurants. Food delicious, plenty choices variable as you like. I'm sure I will return soon there.

When we got here on Thursday evening, the 4 staff on reception took so long to check people in - maybe need re training. The room is lovely but massively let down by the below points. Beach is very rocky and impossible to walk on so is hardly used by people. Only 1 bar open at night - even though when booking it said the Italian restaurant and the Wine Cellar would be open both have bars - so the lobby bar gets ridiculously full and the staff cannot keep up with the drinks often forgetting they even took your order. You get the option of booking the Italian place or the Greek place whilst staying here and as the Italian doesn’t open until the 13th of May - a week after we left - we had to book the Greek a la carte restaurant - which in the day is a poolside snack bar.. The a la carte food shouldn’t be labelled as a la carte, it wasn’t presented well enough to be classed as this. The beef we ordered was horrific - I’ll add a picture - The restaurant doesn’t have a lot of choice and my partner got very ill from the food - keeping us in the room for days - and from the sound of the room next door so did they. Even though you’re all inclusive you have to book your meals, but most of the time it’s a free for all and I can’t imagine this hotel at full capacity. Staff in the main restaurant are rude. Bar staff tip drinks onto the floor, grass or sand when collecting cups. All the above had us looking to leave the holiday and fly back early!! Would never return here definitely not a 4 star hotel!! It’s not ran very well and definitely needs some help before the busier months. A 2 star hotel at best! The rating seriously needs reviewing at this place and I’ll be sending my review to the Atlantica Hotels and Resorts team to read.

A very clean and cheerful hotel resort. Good food, good rooms, swimming pools are surrounded by sunloungers. This is a quite unusual site as it caters for adults if you want a quite corner or full on with the kids splash park. There are children and adult entertainment activities in and out of the pool. Buses are easy to use to get around. €1.50 gets you a ticket one price for any distance. Local shops 5mins or city centre 25mins same price. Beach is clean and easy access from hotel.

Just arrived today, warm welcome and friendly service. Rooms are clean and well kept. Beds are super comfy! Will update on food, drink and pool tomorrow

This hotel is just ok, we only had a 4 night break and to be honest was enough . food is pretty good and quite varied .. Greek restaurant is excellent food but they were VERY short staffed and one of the waiters was extremely flustered but he seemed the only one actually doing anything! We waited a long time for our food which luckily was worth the wait . A lot of drinks on menu are extra and not part of the all inclusive. There was no courtesy room for a shower even though we left at 9.45 at night. The biggest thing that really irritated us was the fact you had to book every meal in advance on One machine in reception, took ages ! As everyone was queuing.. not how you want to spend your holiday ! Messing about with that ! Most friendly person in hotel was lady at the restaurant entrance taking temperatures .. she was always smiling but was probably the only one . I think the food just makes it a 4 star , rest of it I’d say is more 3 star .

the hotel is amazing and food superb, even the staff are great, but as with most things attention is needed to the finer details. you have to book dinner and lunch yet when you have booked your made to queue outside for 15 minutes to then enter and find there are no free tables. this happens most evenings, it's not great. then the sports facilities are almost zero one goal for water polo just jumpers for football posts and only 3 exercise mates for a class of 30...1 person allowed in the gym at a time with most of equipment broken. it's not a moan as the room and much of the hotel is great I just hope my comments help the next people that visit get a full 5 star service
