M	Masha Ivleva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lunch there and had experienced really bad service. Although food was ok, the rest of the visit- wasn't. First of all, we have been ask to order food 3 times within 5 minutes, literally had no time to read the menu. After we finished our lunch, we asked for the bill several times but no luck. After losing hope, I had to chaise our waiter. I've been asked to go and pay to the bar. Rude manager was not very co-operative. Definitely the worst place I've been in Greece!
V	Vladimir J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the staff was nice, but some of them were awful. One of the waiters was serving food in a T-shirt drenched in sweat. It was just disgusting. Bathroom was in a horrible condition. There was water everywhere. It was dripping from the faucet and from the pipe behind the toilet. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and the room was cleaned only once. The hotel advertised garden view. You can see on the photos what was meant by the "garden view". The location was fine. The hotel is right next to the beach. The sunbeds and umbrellas are free to use for hotel guests.

A family run hotel where you get a great welcome and excellent service. English spoken. Our fourth visit. We will be back.
s	sitki mola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently staying at this hotel, and Yiannis (one of the friendliest hostst Iv ever met) has put me and my wife from a single room to a family room without me asking, this hotel is deffinitely more worth than a 2 star classification. Rooms are clean, The beach wich is in front of the hotel is very nice. Food is delicious and cheap here. You will be surprised, but very positively.
O	Oliwia Ż on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we were in this restaurant on our last day in Crete and I really regret that we didn't discover this place before. We ordered the pizza and it was very good. But even better was the service. Two young waiters was incredibly cheerful! Very likely to talk with us and joke. This kind of services always make staying in restaurant a pleasure. Big appreciate for them! PS One of the boy had wonderful green/quince eyes. Adorable!
A	Alfonso de Keyser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best restaurant on this beach. The family Paidakis is very well known in this area. They are very hard workers and they are very kindly to their customers. The food is really tasteful and the service is very good. The beach is nice and clean and the umbrella and chairs are for free as long as you eat or drink something in their business. Five years later is this still a place to be when you like the Cretean kitchen. The family is still the same and top in the whole area. A day at the beach is a day in restaurant Tropical.
